booked three rooms During our stay, my son and his mother discovered bite marks all over their arms and ankles. It is clear that this location has a bed bug infestation. While the rates may be affordable, the physical and emotional cost of this experience was significant. Fortunately, we took precautions not to bring our luggage into our home to avoid spreading the infestation further.

We had a large group for a wedding and this hotel checked all the boxes. The staff were all wonderful especially Melissa! The rooms were very clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel. There are a lot of restaurants and activities within close proximity. The only downside was the entrance was the same entrance as the mall which was the reason for 4 stars for location since the mall traffic is busy on weekends.

Thermostat didn't work. Multiple rooms. They said they were new. They said if we knew we this would have set thermostat for your vip which means it would work fine, so I don't know why they didn't do all of em that way.

Perfect placing next to the mall. Being a Tulsa native and visiting for Christmas i was able to easily navigate from the location. Staff is amazing 👏. Breakfast was better than most places. Our room was nice. No noise issues.

This hotel was awesome, affordable and super clean, The bed was a DREAM. We also forgot a bag an hour after checkout and I called up there to make sure we could still grab it and they were more than understanding about it and all the employees are so friendly and super helpful. Pool was nice and cold, breakfast was decent. If I would improve on anything, it would be the cooling system. They only let you go down to a certain degree, there's no setting for fan so if you're not used to dead quiet then I would bring a portable fan, it would also help with getting too hot while sleeping with their big thick comforter. Overall 4.5 out of 5, I will be returning.
