I stayed here 3 nights with my mom and kids for my graduation. I booked a suite, it was VERY spacious! The entire property is very clean! Beautiful patio with cozy fire pit. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive to your needs! Especially the bar staff! It is less than two miles from a shopping center and several dining restaurants, so you don't really have to travel for anything! If you're booking as a couple, it would be a beautiful stay for you all as well! But it was a very enjoyable stay for me and my family!

Our room was great, no complaints there. The only thing that would make it better is if it had a reclining chair, but I wish All hotels would have that. The front desk people we met were all very friendly and helpful any time we had a question or anything. The location was close to a lot of food places and other stores. Easy to get to. Ordering food in was very quick and the food nice and hot. Would stay here again.

This was a nice and affordable Spring Hill Suites and I would recommend it for anyone staying in Tulsa. It has a bar and a happy hour which is a nice bonus. The complimentary breakfast was good with a lot of options. All of the staff were very nice. The pool was good although the water was freezing cold! (its an indoor pool). One downside was that I did find several ants and other bugs in my room but I think it was because we were on the first floor, near the outside door. Also, we weren't given enough towels initially, but staff did give me more. They were re-keying the locks while we were there, but we did not have any problems with this.

Our stay at SpringHill Suites Tulsa Hills was extremely disappointing. When we first checked in, we immediately noticed ants on the desk. Within minutes, we realized the issue was much worse—there were ants all over the headboards of both queen beds. We called the front desk, and they initially offered to simply spray the room, which was clearly not enough for an infestation of that size. We were then told the hotel was sold out and there was nothing they could do. After my husband pushed for a solution over the phone, they eventually moved us to another room that had not yet been checked into. At first, we only noticed one or two ants, and staff came to spray again in the new room (on a different floor). By morning, however, we realized the infestation was much worse. The ants were nesting throughout the black suede couch and carpet...something that was easy to miss at night because of the dark color. Once we opened our bags, ants got onto our belongings, and we even found baby ants crawling on my nine-month-old son’s packing cubes, which was incredibly upsetting. I contacted both the front desk and Marriott corporate to report the issue. The front desk mentioned they were “thinking about giving us a refund,” which was frustrating given the severity of the issue. This clearly needs professional extermination. Not a spray can and continued booking of rooms without informing guests. This experience was unsanitary, stressful, and unacceptable, especially while traveling with an infant. I would not recommend staying here until this issue is fully resolved. The pics don't fully capture the severity of the problem. If I could upload videos of the trails of ants I would.

Above and beyond! The staff here is amazing. Never been treated with such kindness and consideration. The breakfast is fantastic. The rooms were the cleanest I have seen in my drive across the country. The beds are so comfortable. It's everything you want to come home to when you are on the road. It is also located in an awesome area surrounded by restaurants, shops, and fun stuff to do. Top notch all the way around. Thank you SO much!!!
