Outstanding group of people. Very clean and modern hotel. I thought the rooms were adequate sized, very cozy and quiet. Valet service was great as well. Had some fun at the bar before heading out, and tried some local drafts. Location is PERFECT. You are in the quiet, but can easily walk downtown into the action. 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Very happy stay! The customer service was exceptional. I received help with my reservation from Diego, Kyla, and Merna. They all were exceptional. The best front desk crew I’ve ever felt with. We received wonderful meal services from Oldey and Iselia! The housekeeper who cleaned our room was also very helpful with assisting me when I needed some extra bags. I would recommend this location too because it’s a bit farther away from the craziness that happens on broadway but close enough if you want to walk down there you can. Personally, we liked being a bit more away from the party scene. It’s a bit more sophisticated at the Caption Hyatt which is exactly our speed. Thank you to all of the staff in making our stay relaxing and fun.

My 11th floor corner room was even better than I hoped. The staff was very responsive. The food option very limited, but I wanted to go out anyway. The 11 PM pizza was GREAT! All these photos taken from my room at sunrise. I would stay here again.

Lovely property! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The scent in the lobby is amazing! Chris at the valet stand when we were leaving was a pleasure to talk to. I’d definitely stay here again. It’s right off Broadway away from the action but close enough to walk. Whole Foods close by for anything you might need.

An absolutely fabulous hotel. It’s beautiful and comfortable. The staff is gracious and kind. Brian Kent the manager is amazing. I had the pleasure of checking in with Kelvin who made me feel like family as soon as I arrived. Chris the parking attendant was helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and will only stay here in the future.
