Holiday Inn Express and Suites Nashville West End Univ Area, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is located in a quiet area close to Centennial Park and about 10minute drive from Broadway. The hotel was modern, clean throughout and the beds were comfy. Hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was 24/7 coffee in the lobby, the outdoor pool was on 2nd floor which was also clean with towels provided and great breakfast offers; Enrique was always cheery in the morning!! There is off street parking at about $10 per day using App and valet parking which fluctuated about $45 per day, we did receive a parking violation as one of the machines was not working, we were wrongfully informed by residents and website Sunday was free parking. The only downfall was the amount of plastic used but this is throughout the States we visited and not only to this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Really nice hotel, new and rooms are spacious and clean The breakfast is superb, loved the pancake machine plus the stuff is so helpful. Literally i would go again just for the breakfast Only downside is that it is slightly far from Downtown but to be honest, maybe it's better not to stay Downtown. The area around is also beautiful, close to Parthenon and some really nice bars and restaurants There is one or two live night clubs, so it might be a bit noisy if there's a concert but the windows are well sound proof

Hotel is clean and modern. Easy car access to city attractions and highways without staying in the thick of tourists. A fair amount of restaurants within a short walking distance. Depending on your interests and walking endurance, a car is likely more ideal to get to tourist attractions and to access a larger variety of restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Valet service is a new addition from the last time I stayed here. Very easy and convenient. Reece and the rest of the guys were always prompt and friendly.

We had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn Express, the Girls at the desk: Lovey, Ebony and Destanie were beyond terrific, going above and beyond to help with the Valet parking, even helping with my bags (Ebony!) after my friend was in the hospital after surgery, and just being a genuine Christian and enjoying excellent conversation (Lovey!). We were given a special "hospital" rate, which was a blessing! The room was great! Comfortable beds, beautiful shower and an excellent breakfast! The 24 free coffee was delicious and much appreciated! God bless you all and thank you for a truly blessed stay!

Samuel our Valet was awesome. Greeted us with a pleasant smile, and not once seemed to lose it. Energetic, and informed us and other guests of the local area, and places that were best for local food and shopping. We'll definitely return. Hope to see him, and the others again soon!!!!!
