The hotel the location the price the comfortability the breakfast and the staff observed five star the only thing I have i don't like about this hotel is not enough handicap parking up front!!! If There's more than three people that need the handicap spots the fourth person would be SOL other than that this is the best place to stay in this location in this area! It is easy accessible to downtown and other shopping areas without taking the highway and right across from the mall and Grand Ole Opry. This was my 2ed stay here 2-4days.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. A little outdated. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. Gave plenty of advice and recommendations. The kitchen cafe area was small but clean. The breakfast was great. The staff were attentive. It was a good location. It was also noisy until all hours.

The staff all around were smiling faces and helpful. The suite I had had two TVs and they both had direct TV. Shower had real hot water and really good pressure. The mini fridge worked great. The room seemed really clean and not just pumped with chemicals. Breakfast was good. Tamera at the front desk was my favorite.

We had a wonderful overnight stay here. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless, and the toiletries were well-stocked. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

my husband, baby and i stayed here on our cross country road trip. we arrived late but the front desk agent was so super nice and friendly ! check in was so easy. the room was spacious enough for us , the bathroom was nice and clean and omg the breakfast ! absolutely amazing buffet style breakfast. absolutely loved my stay here. AND NOT TO MENTION THE CHRISTMAS DECOR 🥹
