I was nervous when we booked by some of the reviews but I’m glad we didn’t do any changes because of them. First off, very clean when walking in and smell great, the staff located at the front were all very polite, helpful, and kind. I LOVED having a code for the room and not having to have a key. The cafe was adorable and the lounge area was comfy. The pool area was fantastic and despite it being a busy weekend wasn’t too insanely packed. Our room was so clean. The amenities were fantastic especially the steamer and blow dryer!! Loved all the space to put my things. The ice machine worked fantastic and literally every part of this hotel was pristinely clean. Not to mention the traffic noise was not bad in the slightest and could barely hear any other hotel stayers. I’m beyond impressed especially with the fantastic price we paid! The walk to broadway was easy, even after being nervous after seeing reviews we never felt unsafe. Walking to Nissan stadium was easy peasy. We are already discussing a trip next year to this hotel specifically!!!!

Front Desk attendant was very patient and knowledgeable. Most of the guests here are displaced due to the ice storms and everyone is stressed. But the vibe is good here because if the great staff. The bartender is also amazing. The Hot Cider Cocktail is a must! Wish I wasn’t so disoriented from 4 days with no power and took a moment to remember their names. You should know if you are a Marriott member, they run their own rules. Go there with an open mind and enjoy yourself. This is not the Ritz. This is a great hotel with fantastic renovations though!! Think vibey place with good staff.

Listen, I am a local so I had no real reason to stay here other than wanting a staycation somewhere relaxing and I feel like I got that. Vibes were great. Michael took care of me at the bar. Reese, at the pool the next morning. Drinks were awesome. When I couldn’t connect my phone to the tv to cast my show, someone came to help me so quickly. My only two cents was that staying on the basement floor means loud hallways. They need some sound paneling or rugs. The aesthetic down there could use some more lighting too. I got really creeped out stepping out of my room to go get more water at midnight. But other than that, I loved my stay!

I absolutely love this hotel. Yes the rooms are cool and fun and yes the lobby is awesome filled with live music and great food but there are two things that stand out - 1. The accommodating and above and beyond service. Every need is meticulously tended to and so friendly. They made a restaurant suggestion and it was OUTSTANDING! 2. The coffee - now I know, hotel coffee right - WRONG! The room coffee is Nespresso Vertuo - omg - it’s incredible and exactly what you need to kick start your day. I stay here every time I’m in town for work or for fun. Do not hesitate to book.

What a complete and total little hidden gem so close to everything Nashville has to offer! This hotel is absolutely beautiful and designed with calming earth tones, live greenery and a fully zen vibe throughout. The open patio doors in the bar while sitting on a plush couch with a view out to the beautiful pool area is the perfect place to relax. The live music at night was fantastic! The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The lighting was a little dim, but that is literally the only tiny critique I can make. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 would stay again.
