We stayed here with my family for six days. First the positive: location is great with lots of fun food close by. The pool is nice and super refreshing! The gentleman who runs the front desk at night is duper kind and helpful. Now the not so good: the entire hotel is overdue for an update. Everything needs repair or attention. This was especially noticeable on things like our a/c that rattled very loud and our fridge that kept freezing. Customer service was not great. Some examples were: my kids and I were going to do some school work and wanted to use the breakfast area. We went down at 9:50 right as breakfast was wrapping up. We were kicked out and told to go to the lobby as we would have a better experience there. We got to the lobby and they started a staff meeting there 5 minutes later. It was loud and hard to work. Breakfast was OK, but lacking. There is a sign that says ask for dietary needs. My daughter is lactose intolerant and asked for any sort of alternative. They told her they had nothing for her. In terms of house keeping we were there forb3 days until our room got cleaned. We kept having to ask for towels and to have our trash removed. Overall, I just did not feel welcome here. Maybe it was just us?

Stayed here for a vacation with friends. We arrived late at night (1am) and didn’t realize we had to pay for parking. Sure the signs were there but we thought the hotel would work with the company monitoring their parking lot. Seems not. We got a ticket from the parking lot monitoring company and the hotel mgmt said they don’t even talk to them nor could help us out. The staff didn’t tell us anything when we checked in either. Seems super odd they don’t partner together to help keep an information flow or give discounts to their own guests. The rooms are super old and musty. Possibly some mold somewhere. It doesn’t smell good at all. They definitely didn’t upkeep their rooms. The lobby and breakfast area are renovated so looks like they will renovate that soon. Some of the other staff is friendly. Just not informed or proactively helpful.

I rarely leave reviews but I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns/Hiltons and this is the first one I was unimpressed with. The staff was phenomenal and very friendly but the room itself was not. The AC barely worked & rattled unless you got out of bed to hit it every so often…the room was soo humid everything felt damp, it even smelt damp. There was mold in the bathtub/shower. It was not what I was expecting from the pics and past Hampton experiences. The location is great and parking is easy but I definitely wouldn’t stay at this location again.

Arrived @ 2pm Checking was a little slow but the staff was nice. Then I realized that we had to PAY for parking!!! I have stayed at Hampton all over the country and NEVER been charged for parking! Then we walk to our room, room #141. We walk all the way around the corner to the end and realize our room is not there. We have somebody in our room is on the ground floor. So now we have to go down a level. When we finally entered our room it had a very unpleasant smell. signage posted in this hotel is ridiculous. points to ice and vending. It neglected to tell you that it’s only on the second and fifth floor. well, we finally got to the ice and vending room… Scratch that… The ICE room. There are no vending machines here whatsoever! The drawer in the nightstand next to the bed won’t stay closed on its own. The shower head is too low and the shower drain (and sink drain) is very slow. The water at the water filling station tastes horrible and a strong taste of chlorine as well There is no full length mirror in the room Housekeeping only refreshes every other day. I would rate this among worst Hamptons I’ve ever stayed in.

Catching up late on my reviews but wanted to make sure I posted this one. We stayed at the Hampton Inn Nashville/Vanderbilt from October 10th through October 14th, 2025, and I want to recognize Natasha, the housekeeper who took care of our room. She brought great energy every day, always warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. The room was spotless and perfectly kept throughout our stay, and it was clear she takes real pride in her work. People like Natasha make a hotel stay feel welcoming and cared for. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasure!
