Location is amazing and close to everything. Rooms were a little dated and can use some good cleaning/upgrade but was functional for what we needed. Service was great, breakfast was decent and Graham was exceptionally helpful when we were leaving. He loaded up our bags and was very nice. Parking is a little pricy but beats driving around downtown and paying parking elsewhere. Overall, good place to stay if you want to be walking distance to everything.

Valet was absolutely amazing!! They are kind, generous and go out of their way!! They are extremely friendly and make you feel like you’re at home! Even through all of Nashvilles ice storm they are on top of their game getting traffic through as smoothly as possible getting your car quickly and smoothly and it’s damn cold out there and they have a smile on their faces!! Absolutely loved them all including the valet supervisor Gerson D.!! All staff were amazing at the Hampton inn and suits!! The people working at the front desk were wonderful, housekeeping was amazing they were so sweet and so patient!! Absolutely an amazing time!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jackie was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she was professional, kind, and incredibly diligent in helping us with our situation. We had missed our original check-in night due to travel complications, and while she clearly explained the hotel’s policies and procedures, she still went above and beyond to see what could be done to help us. Thanks to her dedication and willingness to look for solutions, she was able to get us into a room earlier than expected, which made a huge difference after a long and stressful trip. Throughout the entire process, she remained patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Jackie turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one, and her professionalism and compassion did not go unnoticed. She is a tremendous asset to the hotel, and we are incredibly grateful for all of her help. 10/10 experience thanks to Jackie. She deserves all the recognition for the outstanding service she provides!

Brady was amazing in helping us get all of our luggage for 4 woman in one vehicle (so u can imagine). The hotel was clean and the rooms were big and nice. The valet was superb and went above and beyond.

Was disaponted in the room since we were in a Hilton affiliated hotel. The sliding door on the bathroom was broken and required a repair while we were in the room. Also the toilet did not work correctly. One of our booked rooms the thermostat was broken. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The location was within a short walking distance of Broadway Street. Would recommend earplugs or headphone since traffic, pedestrians, and garbage truck noise at night intefered with sleeping in late evening/early morning. Valet parking was efficient and Gercin did an excellent job getting us our rental car
