Stayed here for four nights and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was all that you’d expect for the price it’s listed at. The front desk was very helpful and kind. Smooth check in and check out. Even letting us check in a few hours early since they had some spare rooms available. Breakfast was always warm. They had decent variety of warm food, breads, oatmeal and cereals. They even rotated their selection of warm food every morning. The room was clean upon entry and AC worked perfectly. We didn’t have a rental car this trip. Didn’t need one either. The hotel is in a great part of midtown with lots of restaurants, cafes, and dessert options. But also not too far from downtown Nashville for all of the tourist stuff. If we came back, we’d definitely book with the Hampton again.

The staff was polite and professional. The room was relatively clean and mostly comfortable, though there is room for improvement. There are signs of mold growth in the tub and on the bathroom ceiling. There is also moisture damage on the ceiling where the paint is cracking and the sheetrock tape joint is becoming more defined. This seems to be caused by an issue with the ventilation in the bathroom. At least one of the mattresses (double room) is in need of replacement. It seems that it's not been rotated properly or is beyond its lifespan. This has caused a large divot in the mattress, which is arguably the most important aspect of an overnight stay. The television entertainment options were incredibly limited for 2026. Other hotels I've frequented for business have streaming options, whereas this location was limited to a few live broadcast channels. It seems antiquated compared to other offerings. The breakfast was good, but additional options would be welcome. The current offering is more than some and is appreciated, but the addition of one or two customary local dishes would help the location stand out. The parking fee is egregious. When included in the price of the room, this location loses much of its competitive edge. When combined with the issues listed above, the cost is simply too much for what's on offer, especially against other local offerings. The cost of the room plus the parking creeps into range with more luxurious competition.

Location can be good, however the room was definitely not well-maintained and kept. We tried to set the AC to 67/68 and it stayed 73-74 the whole entire night, it was hot. When I tried to shower in the evening, the bottle of soap was empty. We booked 2 queen beds, and the other bed was extremely worn out to the point that it looked like there is a hallow part of it and squeaked when our dog tried to lay or move on the bed. Throughout this roadtrip, this has been the only night and stay that we were definitely very uncomfortable, we couldn’t sleep and restless.

This place is a disappointment. Before you even walk through the door, you must pay an unexpected fee of $70 plus taxes and fees, coming to just shy of $85… to park in an unprotected lot. First room had a crack in the porcelain of the toilet (potentially very dangerous). They were courteous and quickly gave me another room… with paint peeling from the ceiling, and right above the pool full of screaming kids. Beds are the least comfortable of any hotel I’ve stayed at (we only stay at Hiltons and Hamptons). Will not be returning and do not recommend this location.

This place is Disgusting!! I complained about the rooms bathroom to be full of mold like it was not properly cleaned. They changed our room and supposedly it was a better one but it was not. Bath tub are old and dirty. Poor customer service. Parking is per day is $35. Pool was closed even though I was told over the phone that it was supposed to be open. The room had a small kitchen that was only equipped with one pot, three spoons and a bottle opener. Plus all beds in both room creeks when you move suddenly.
