Kailey Crossley 2 months agoLoved staying here. The staff were very nice and the hotel is clean. Incredible location with broadway just a short walk. Some feedback though, our bathroom door would not lock or stay shut so that was odd. I also wish the room had a microwave. The food at the hotel is really good however 2 out of the 3 times we went to the restaurant downstairs we could not get served and left. The last time we attempted the bartender clearly decided to serve 3 younger girls verse my husband and I. The only secure parking is through valet and after taxes is about $72 a day. We chose to stay here because the location and they stated they had a really good equipped gym. This was not the case. It is very small and has hardly any gym equipment so this was highly disappointing. Overall our stay was really good but feedback is always good to keep improving! You can’t beat this location.
LeipersForkTNNative a month agoI live in Nashville, so I’ve been to the hotel for staycations a couple of times. I’ll start off the rooms by saying they are clean. You can’t use the TV without syncing your phone to the TV and it’s like a $10 charge that wouldn’t be so bad but it’s $65 to valet so you have to think about where you want to spend your money? The bar has some great drinks. The menu is limited as far as food, but it’s not a bad limited menu. There’s not a lot of Nashville except in the elevators, but also not a lot of Jimmy Buffett or beach vibe throughout the hotel. There’s a little bit of each, but not enough of either if that makes sense. The pool looked amazing. I think it was on the fourth floor, but we did not use it because of the time of year. It’s Tennessee so the weather was in the low 30s. It’s not far from city winery, which we like to watch concerts at and if you were visiting, it’s not far from anything at all. There’s always some street meat trucks set up across the way so you can always get something to eat on your way in and or out if you don’t want to eat at the bar? Overall, it is a good stay, but it gets expensive with the $65 valet parking and $10 usage of the TV fee. Also, if you’re not technically inclined then you probably would not figure the TV out. Honestly, the valet thing is not easy to figure out either. That would be the reason for the four stars is because it’s quite difficult to navigate unless you want to spend time on the technology.
SeaShore Stables 3 months agoThis is a great property for any Nashville adventure. It’s in a prime location with easy access to the Hall of Fame Museum, Broadway, and the Bridgestone arena. The staff overall was pleasant and accommodating, especially Ingris at the front desk and Gillian at the concierge desk. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. What more can you ask for when traveling? The only thing that I can even critique a little bit is the owner buy in chat. Even though we received some amazingly generous perks for going to what was supposed to be a maximum of two hour meeting (which would have been worth it bc it discusses a cool opportunity), it took over four. That’s a big chunk of time especially when you’re only in town for a weekend. If you promise a max of two hours please stick to that. The people doing the meeting were beyond nice and informative but seeing four different people to go over the same forms seemed redundant and a waste of time. I was becoming salty just bc I wanted to go explore Nashville. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
Enrique Revuelta 2 weeks agoMy family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, our first impression was not a good one. Upon arrival, the valet experience was very disappointing. We were new to both the area and the hotel, so a simple greeting, some basic directions, or even an offer to help would have gone a long way. Instead, the valet attendant barely acknowledged us, stayed seated at his desk, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting. For a valet service that costs $65 per night, I expected a much more professional experience. I had to approach him myself and ask how the valet process worked. His response was simply to give him my phone number so he could send me a text. After completing everything on my own, I asked what the next step was, and he looked annoyed before telling me to hand over my keys. There was no explanation, no welcome, and no effort to make us feel comfortable. Honestly, I was so uneasy with the interaction that I had to ask the front desk if he actually worked there before leaving my vehicle with him. Don’t expect assistance unloading your vehicle or help getting a luggage cart either. That seemed completely out of the question. The front desk experience was mixed. The gentleman in the black suit on the left was not helpful at all and made it clear he wasn’t interested in answering questions. However, the lady who checked us in was wonderful. She provided our wristbands, answered our questions, and made us feel welcome. Another employee with glasses was also very helpful and friendly. The room itself was great, and the view was beautiful. The hotel’s location was fantastic and conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. Interestingly, every staff member we encountered above the first floor was kind, friendly, and professional. I don’t know why the first-floor staff seemed to have such an attitude because they are the first people guests encounter, and first impressions matter. Checkout was a completely different experience. I’m not sure what changed, but everyone was much friendlier. The front desk staff smiled, thanked us for staying, and seemed genuinely willing to help. Dominic, who brought our car around, was excellent—professional, courteous, and friendly. Another valet greeted us as we exited, informed us our vehicle was on the way, and even explained that they would help load our car. I only wish we had received that level of service when we arrived. Overall, the room, location, and many of the staff members were excellent. Unfortunately, the poor arrival experience and lack of professionalism from some first-floor employees left a lasting negative impression. With better customer service at the front entrance and valet area, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience.
