I would like to say I stayed plenty of hotels in downtown Nashville. I may have to pay more for this hotel the staff is worth it.Kendra and Vee during the day shift are so amazing friendly funny and helpful.Never been to CMA fest this was our first time they informed us on everything. I didn't get their names but I love the breakfast staff was great food was amazing. I don't know if this hotel knows what a gem they have in their staff members..Thank u all for great work.

We needed a 1-night stay on our way to Destin! We like to hit Downtown Nashville anytime we are going through, and this hotel was in the perfect location. The rooms were super clean and spacious. There were a lot of options for breakfast, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families and large groups of people needing a nice place to stay in Downtown Nashville.

Perfect location for a hotel that's walking distance to Broadway. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great selection for breakfast but there are many breakfast spots around the area. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next trip!

Great location for going to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Clean. Nice staff. Housekeeping was very friendly and Scott the valet was extremely friendly and helpful. Only negative was minimal signage indicating where to check in and unload. The front of the hotel is directly on the street so we drove around until we finally saw someone else just park in the street.

Overall a good hotel. Pros: Excellent location. Good food both for breakfast and the restaurant. Overall a friendly staff. Cons: Overpriced. Website is misleading (restaurant closes at 11- not 24/7). Did not have enough plates for breakfast crowd and we were there early. I’d stay here again if the price was right.
