This hotel is in a weird place among dental offices technically with othe hotels but sort of tucked into an alley. Views from the window are awful. The rooms are pretty narrow and the look was very sterile - no pictures on the wall except in the bathroom! The room was clean except the pull-out bed had crumbs on it. There was no blanket and we had to call down for it but it was delivered promptly. The hotel has a great and varied breakfast, a beautiful lobby, nice fitness room and a so-so outdoor patio. The $30 parking fee seems outrageous for the area, I was surprised by the fee because other in-city hotels had that same parking pricing. Walkability in the area should ne high but you are so tucked away, driving is necessary. This hotel has no pool. I probably would not stay in this hotel due to location.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Nashville Green Hills! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and smelled fresh and clean the moment we walked in. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast buffet. everything was fresh and well-stocked. The location is another huge plus. The hotel is conveniently located near The Mall at Green Hills, making shopping and dining easy. It’s also just a short drive from downtown Nashville, which made it the perfect place to stay after spending the day exploring Broadway, live music venues, and all the attractions downtown. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service, free breakfast, and a great location in Nashville, I highly recommend Hyatt Place Nashville Green Hills. We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. A special thank you to Ellie for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. She made the entire experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude truly stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!😃👍🙏

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Nashville/Green Hills and while the hotel itself was very nice, my experience afterward completely changed my opinion of the Hyatt brand. During my stay, there was a fire-related incident that resulted in damage to my personal property, including my vehicle. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and I was initially very understanding about the circumstances. What has been truly disappointing, however, has been the complete lack of communication and customer service afterward. It has now been weeks with little to no meaningful updates, follow-up, or reassurance that Hyatt is actively working toward a resolution. For a company with Hyatt’s reputation, I expected far better customer care, especially when a guest experiences property damage while staying at one of their hotels. The most frustrating part is that I otherwise had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel itself. Unfortunately, the way this situation has been handled after the fact has left a lasting negative impression. Customer service during difficult situations is what truly defines a company, and in this case, Hyatt has fallen far short of expectations. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe potential guests should know that if something goes wrong during your stay, you may not receive the level of communication or support you would expect from a premium hotel brand.

They have no late night menu - whatever is posted online is not true. We arrived to find out they had 1 order of wings, fries, or a frozen pizza! The woman was annoyed at the fact we even asked for food so we knew we were not about to ask her to cook for us. Absolutely nothing on the menu that they show online. $279 a night for that? Also plan on paying $30 to park. Breakfast was fair at most, everything was out at 8:30am. No staff around anywhere, no housekeeping anywhere….very bizarre.
