Stayed here on a whim and it exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect being 1 block away from Broadway and a very close walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame. We were able to walk everywhere which was important to us. Check in was a breeze and the front desk team was wonderful. Alicia from the front desk was helpful with getting packages I ordered prior to our arrival. We were on the 4th floor so the view was ok but we liked having a balcony. The room was clean and very spacious. Loved having a full kitchen (even though we just used the fridge), living room was a nice size and the bedroom was comfortable. All in all, we will definitely stay here when we return to Nashville.

I chose to wait until after checkout to write this review because I was genuinely concerned about how I might be treated during the remainder of my stay after my experience at the front desk. The night before my arrival, I was told that because I would be arriving after check-in hours, I needed to come in person to check in or risk having my reservation canceled, despite informing the property of my travel situation. When I arrived, Sade was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Since I was staying with a friend that first night and would not be sleeping at the property until the following day, she checked me in and told me I could return the next day to pick up my apartment key/code. I had no issue with that arrangement. The following day, I returned to the front desk to obtain my key/code. Heather repeatedly insisted that if I had already checked in, I would have received the code by email or on paper. I explained several times that I had not received any code and that I was simply following the instructions I had been given the night before. I mentioned that Sade had assisted me during check-in. At that point, Sade denied our previous conversation and disputed what I was explaining. Another staff member attempted to clarify the situation by saying, “I believe what he’s trying to say is…,” but he was interrupted before he could finish. Despite my repeated efforts to calmly explain that I had already checked in and only needed access to my apartment, the conversation became increasingly confrontational. What should have been a simple issue became unnecessarily difficult. During the interaction, Sade sat behind Heather with her arms crossed, staring at me in a way that felt intimidating and hostile. When I expressed that I felt uncomfortable with the way I was being treated and clarified that I was not accusing anyone of wrongdoing, the hostility continued. Eventually, Heather provided the code and I was finally able to access my apartment. From that point forward, whenever Sade and Heather were working at the front desk, I was never greeted or acknowledged. The entire experience left me feeling unwelcome, uncomfortable, and embarrassed in front of other guests. To make matters worse, this occurred on my birthday, which was noted on my reservation. Instead of feeling welcomed at the start of my trip, I was met with an unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional interaction. I want to be clear that this review is not about a misunderstanding regarding a code. Misunderstandings happen. My concern is how the situation was handled. A simple issue was escalated by staff who seemed unwilling to listen, communicate, or assist professionally. On another note, the WiFi is extremely slow and had multiple interruptions. While on my trip I had to work remotely, however I was unable to because of the internet connection. For 4 days, I had to go off site to another business to work. To pay for an entire apartment and not be able to work or watch TV is unacceptable. While the accommodations themselves were fine, the customer service I experienced from Sade and Heather was disappointing enough that I would not choose to stay here again.

BEYOND HAPPY with our stay here. Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, and the most GORGEOUS views of the city from the balcony! We stayed on the 28th floor overlooking Bridgestone arena, the park and some of Broadway, could also see the river and the stadium and my goodness WHAT A VIEW! Also the pool area is phenomenal! Rooftop pool with amazing views! We can't wait to come back to Nashville; we will definitely stay here every time! The workers were all friendly and helpful too.

Parking and check-in were super easy. Room was very clean and well supplied. Towels were so fluffy I could hardly close my suitcase. The view was amazing! Elevators were always available and the staff would actually wait for another elevator if guests were using it. Being so close to Broadway it's going to be noisy, but we heard nothing inside the room, only when on the balcony and it wasn't bad at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again, Special shoutout to Oshane who was helpful and pleasant to deal with, as were others on staff. I don't know why anyone would stay in a little hotel room when here you have a full apartment that is well equipped. We went to a Whole Foods and brought back food to prepare instead of paying to eat out 3 meals a day. That came in handy. Even if it costs a little more to stay close to Downtown you save that by eating in a little and not having to Uber.

My husband and I stayed at this place for our anniversary. We had very high expectations, but unfortunately we were disappointed. The only thing I truly loved was that the entire check-in process was done online, which was very convenient. However, the apartment had very poor lighting, and honestly, the bathroom was not clean. The location was perfect and very close to Broadway, but at night we could hear what sounded like water dripping from a leak, and it was very unpleasant to listen to while trying to rest. The biggest issue was the way my husband and I were treated when we were leaving the apartment and heading to our vehicle. At the reception area, two staff members approached us and questioned us about how we had stayed there and whether we had completed the check-out process. I explained that everything had been done online, but they did not believe us. Honestly, I felt very offended by the way we were treated. It felt discriminatory and racist toward us. They need to improve their customer service and be more respectful and welcoming toward Hispanic guests. We came to stay here and PAY for a service — nobody was giving us anything for free. I left feeling completely offended, and it was very clear to us that the treatment we received was racially motivated.
