The staff members are very friendly and helpful. Leon at front desk was very helpful and provided everything we needed upon checking in. The valet staff Q was also friendly and helpful, patiently explained all the details on the parking. The room is spacious and a full kitchen. Guests can make simple meals in the room.

Stayed here during the Thanksgiving holidays. Everything was close enough without being in the middle of the downtown crowd.The room was a little basic, but had everything we needed. Had a great time. Our valet guys, whether it was Keevin or the other ones on duty, were very nice and prompt with our car. Always greeting us with a good morning when leaving and a nice greeting upon returning. We would stay again and recommend this place to any of our friends and family. Until next time Nashville !!

First of all Tyler the Valet was wonderful. He is always so nice and truly went above and beyond. The hotel staff was very nice as well but room service completely skipped over our room. When we called they were very prompt but for the price you pay you would expect it to be excellent. Do not self park. When we pulled up to check in the first valet said we could self park or valet so we just decided to self park. They did not tell us that self parking was more expensive AND the parking lot for self park closes and will not let you in or out after 11 or 12 and before 6 or 7. So we wasted $50 just to turn around and then have to valet.

The rooms were spacious with full kitchen and living area for my kids to run around. The valet was all done digitally which was great. The breakfast was good just wish it was open later during the week. Staff were very friendly.

My husband and I (61 and 57 years old) stayed here for a weekend in Nashville. The TownePlace Suites was amazing. Beautiful hotel, clean, relaxing and close to everything. We walked most of the downtown and when we were tired, it was a great location for low Uber rates. If we had children we would not have walked, not the best area for children. Great stay! Shawn at the front desk and Tyler at valet helped to make our stay extra special. Thanks
