Room was very tiny. No closet or safe. The hotel itself was mostly clean. Staff was overall friendly until I asked for an 11:30 checkout instead of 11. You’ve thought I asked for 2 extra hours or something. So come 11 had to wait 15 mins for an elevator because everyone was leaving at once. Close enough to Broadway it was a quick walk. Free breakfast was fair

Have to start with the breakfast. The staff here were flawless. They communicated so well with one another. Everything was stocked neatly. Super clean. Trash not over flowing. Polite. Smiles. Just amazing. Overall great hotel with great parking and a nice little pool. Location is perfect. Excellent place to stay for bang for the buck.

If I could give the staff 10 stars, I would! While they all go above and beyond for guests, I must give a mention to Trishana and Erica. This hotel is conveniently located to nearby CMA events. Breakfast was excellent. Cute pool too! I will return!!

⭐️ 1 star – Avoid Hilton at all costs I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hilton. When I made my booking, their search engine automatically reset my date preferences, which resulted in a reservation being made for a week before my actual arrival. When I contacted Hilton for help, the service was anything but helpful. It took them two days to get back to me, and the only response I received was a flat refusal — no understanding, no flexibility, no attempt to resolve the issue. Absolutely not what you’d expect from a brand of their size. After this experience, my best recommendation is for everyone to stay away from the Hilton group. If this is their standard for customer service, I certainly won’t be staying with Hilton again — and I strongly encourage others to choose a hotel that actually cares about its guests.

This hotel punches above its weight class. Great location to get downtown easily, but quiet enough for families to sleep. The staff is FANTASTIC! So friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was hands down one of my kids favorite we’ve been to. Great waffle toppings, eggs, omelets, pancakes, biscuits, sausage and the right amount of Nashville/Southern touch with chicken for waffles and everything. We went out during the day with the family and hung in the lobby to pay games and hit the pool before bed. Good desert and drinks in the lobby too.
