Awesome place to stay. Room had full glass windows. Stsff recommended places to eat. Really didnt like thst it was valet only, but i understand why. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Location is great, it was 1 block from the 6th street live music area. 3 blocks from the capital building. Staffmembers Bubu and DK were very helpful in getting us settled in and recommended food places. Would definitely stay there again. Loud cars sometimes can be heard outside but not a hotel problem or under their control.

Part of what makes a stay at any hotel a positive experience is the staff associated with the property. The Marriott Aloft site in Austin Texas consistently has a friendly, professional team at the front desk, at Caroline, at the coffee bar … and on this trip I needed a quick visit from Engineering to replace a light bulb…all of these folks doing their best work with a smile. That’s why I keep coming back. Shout out to Maria at the desk who made me feel welcome as soon as I walked to the desk. Great property.

Gabby at the Front Desk was great! Very helpful and kind. Rachel at the bar in Caroline’s provided exemplary hospitality. I will never forget Memory, my server at lunch in Caroline’s, she was amazing. Rooms were clean and fresh, great location in Austin for business or entertainment near “Dirty 6th” street area. White Lodging provides superb service under the Marriott flag- another great stay!

Perfect location between our gala and Capitol for an upcoming event. Amazing lobster bucatini— perfect amount of butter and lemon at Caroline’s. Margaret who checked me in is truly wonderful and answered all my questions, very very helpful. She is so hospitable, professional and really made me feel at home. Especially how to use all my Bonvoy points and loyalty. They have great views here as well, wow. Thank you so much!

Super responsive, receptive, and friendly staff who will help with any request you have! I wanted a room with a great view of the city and they were happy to help with that over messaging on the Bonvoy app day-of. The room was exactly what I wanted with an entire wall with floor to ceiling windows (see other pictures) on the 21st floor. We parked in a nearby parking garage for $10/day using the SpotHero app. Depending on what you plan to do in the city, having a car can be useful since I wouldn't say Austin isn't the most walkable unless you're just sticking to downtown and planning to Uber to/fr SoCo (South Congress). It is awesome that the rooms have plateware, cutlery, fridges, and microwaves when finding such amenities in other hotels in the city can be a challenge. They also have dohm white noise machines which helps with the noise of the city. There was a good amount of city noise, but we were fine with that since the white noise machine helped drown out most of it. The bed was very comfortable - not too firm or soft. The bathrooms are also quite nice. Overall, clean and cute rooms that don't make you feel cramped like so many other hotels in the city! The breakfast spread is also awesome! They have quite a variety of things to choose from which I personally love, but could use more meats if that's something you're looking for. They had eggs, bacon, a yogurt bar with toppings to choose from, oatmeal station, cereals, lots of good quality breads to choose from, fruits, granola bars, yummy pastries from Caroline's, a coffee station, and juices/water!
