I visited Four Seasons Hotel Austin and honestly it was an amazing experience. The ambience is very peaceful and premium, perfect for relaxation. The staff was professional and very polite, and the service felt top-class. Rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The location near the lake makes it even more special. Overall, one of the best stays I’ve had highly recommended.

We recently stayed for 1 night at Four Seasons Austin and it was ok. It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel and more like a 3 or 4 star hotel at best. The valets are the best part of the hotel and are courteous, friendly and professional. The reception staff were friendly however they refused to extend our checkout time and we had to speak to the reservation manager who quickly extended it. Apparently the room needed to be cleaned for the next guests but then the manager said otherwise. The oak bar food and beverages are great and classy however they are extremely understaffed and we waited 15 minutes before I had to go and speak to the server and let them know we had been waiting. They were kind enough to take off some items from our lunch check. Breakfast at Ciclo was very good and one of fje best parts of our stay. The room was okay but a little underwhelming especially the bathroom. For the price tag for a night at this hotel, it is not worth it.

Reviewing High Tea at Live Oak. You must try it — everything was wonderful! I'm especially writing to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by the Director of Food and Beverage. He promptly and graciously resolved a minor inconvenience we experienced. It's reassuring to see that the high level of service one expects from the Four Seasons remains as impressive as ever.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the front desk welcome staff. They were dismissive and showed no respect toward ……... Excellent facilities mean nothing if the service is this poor. I would not recommend staying here until the management improves their staff training."

I never leave Google reviews, but this service was so phenomenal I had to. My wife works at the Four Seasons at a different location and we had a last minute overnight stop in Austin. We came and Nick took EXTREMELY great care of us! 10/10 recommend!!
