My hotel options were quite limited when booking a last minute trip to Seattle so ended up here. It was a nice hotel that felt newer. There was plenty of parking in the garage. The breakfast was good and well stocked. You are pretty close to I5 so there is some noise from there but it wasn't terrible. It's located walking distance to a public transit depot which made getting downtown super easy! I had booked a room with a balcony but since my room faced the interstate I ended up not using it at all...

We stayed for 5 nights. Easy commute to UDub by light rail train at Northgate station, hotel is just a few minutes walk from the station. Rooms was ready when we checked in, friendly and nice staffs at the front desk. Room was clean and towels changed daily . The lobby has complimentary coffee and tea 24/7. Hot breakfast was included from 6-9 on weekdays and 7-9 on weekends. Hotel has a gym and pool and a small business center room to use if needed. There are restaurants within walking distance.

Two issues on arrival made this stay fall well short of what was advertised. First, our assigned room had no functioning air conditioning. Maintenance was unavailable, and we had to be relocated. The front desk waived our parking fee as acknowledgment. Second, the Hotels.com listing photo (photo 21 of 47, labeled "Indoor pool") clearly shows a hot tub adjacent to the pool. The hotel's own hallway signage directs guests to "Pool & Spa." The hot tub is not temporarily out of service. It has been covered with a blue tarp, roped off with chain barriers, and filled with potted plants. It has been permanently converted. Hilton.com lists this as "temporarily closed," which does not accurately describe a permanent conversion. Hotels.com provided a $35 credit. Hilton corporate declined to offer any consideration. The property would not speak with the Hotels.com manager when contacted on my behalf. If you are booking here for the pool and spa, be aware that the spa no longer exists in any functional form.

This hotel is in a very convenient location — about a 15-minute walk from the train station, and with easy freeway access if you’re driving. I’ve stayed in several different room types here, but my favorite is the one with a patio overlooking the freeway. Although the building is fairly close to the freeway, the sound insulation is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that there is not much traffic noise at all.

Great hotel right where we needed to be for some medical treatments, the rooms were clean and spacious, bathrooms were great, (however, they have sliding doors that didn't stay shut and wasn't a fan of that part), bedding was clean, the whole staff from Bernadette at the front desk, to all the others that helped us extend, to the Breakfast room staff, to the room cleaning staff were all wonderful. Hotel, Halls, Garage, Workout Room, Breakfast area, every inch of this hotel was clean from top to bottom which is a nice change of pace, they are on top of it. And a great location, not far from Green Lake Park, there is a Movie Theater and Great Ramen place nearby, plenty of nice restaurants with great reviews, parking garage was not packed, everything was wonderful and close the the medical facilities in the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I need to come back.
