We are currently staying in this hotel. Everything gone wrong we are transferred 2x since the room AC is not working. Feels like oven inside the room. And worst experience a worker downstairs is very mean! She accused us of lying and treat us so rude because we are Asian. She is nice to the white and black skin.! Decimated! We cancel the future booking and definitely not booking anymore! My travel to other country and we are a loyal client to holiday Inn but after the horrible experienced never again will book to any holiday in express hotel!

Was a great value for the price! The location was ideal for quick walks to tourist activities and many great restaurants. I especially want to highlight the service of the front desk staff! All 3 ladies I worked with during my stay were pleasant, helpful, and very professional. The maintenance staff was also quick to help us out with a hot water issue in our room (due to property renovations), and our issue was fixed within a few hours! 10/10 would stay here again in the future.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Seattle Downtown, and my overall experience was pretty positive. The location is one of the best features, it’s right in downtown and within easy walking distance to popular spots like the Space Needle, Seattle Center, Amazon HQ, and the beautiful Lake Union. This made it super convenient to get around the city without needing a car most of the time. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, even though the hotel was quite busy during my stay. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated little touches like the mini fridge and good water pressure in the shower. The front desk team was friendly and check-in was smooth. I found the WiFi reliable, and it was easy to get some work done during downtime. Parking is available (for a fee), but everything is within walking distance if you’re able to skip a car rental. I’d recommend this Holiday Inn for anyone looking for convenience, decent amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere on a city trip.

This place is weird. The breakfast in the morning runs out fast, so be there at 630. If not, you’ll be waiting for a fill up and you might not get what they started with. The place is under construction, so there’s a lot of noises, which prevent you from taking a nap. front desk needs to be more knowledgeable about the area and Seattle.the toilets are low and uncomfortable. Rooms promised, but changed due to cruises, .which we made two months prior.

No water at breakfast because "we don't have any pichers." All Ice machines & laundry rooms were down due to remodeling. Breakfast staff acted like everyone that wanted water was ruining their day and let out heavy sighs when asked for ice & water. Front desk answered questions, but far from what I expext at a IHG property. Hotel is a mile walk to the Market & 1/2 mile to Needle. A few restaurants are within walking distance.
