Great vibe and wonderful people. Rooms are small bit the most comfortable bed and pillows. Great old building with a new amazing feel. Happy hour is a must! If you care... good water pressure for the shower.

The location is great, but the rooms are quite small, especially the bathrooms. However, they do have room service upon request. They also offer complimentary coffee in the morning and free beer from 5 to 6 p.m. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, the room was cosy but the extractor outside was very loud when it kicked in every so often so definitely need to use earplugs which they do provide. On check in we weren’t told about the free tea and coffee you can get in the lobby in the morning but having read these google reviews I went down to enquire and was told they would also happily send up a coffee machine or kettle to the room. Quite expensive but I guess everywhere in Seattle is.

We stayed here at the beginning of our cruise and the end. Great Hotel in a central location. Easy to walk to coffee shops and near the bus stop for venturing further. Great staff, comfortable beds and chill vibe.

100 year old hotel, beautiful decor. Staff is friendly and funny! Close to amenities and the convention center. I was here doing work, so i didnt see a room, but the place is super cool! The elevators have funny signage lol
