Rooms were very clean and updated. Some outside room due to the cruise terminal being across the street but nothing major. Very convenient to get on our cruise the next day. Hotel seemed very clean and up to date.

Least value for money I have ever had. Booked direct with Marriott as Gold Member. Payed almost 450 USD and got a noisy room at the elevator. No room service available until 1600. So starving for 2h. Friendly staff at the breakfast (Jacob) but 30min waiting time for food due to staff shortage. Parking is 58USD! Upon check-out no one bothered asking how I liked it. I think I know why. I would not recommend the hotel because price and service are too far apart and the gym is poorly equipped.

Decidedly average. If you get a waterfront room the views are beautiful and the harbor traffic is mesmerizing. And the location is close to Pike place market and the ferry terminal, allowing you to explore the outer islands. It's a bit of an uphill walk to downtown, the needle or the South Lake area, and to the train. The hotel is also dated. The lounge experience is now the worst Marriot lounge I've been to outside of Baton Rouge. If you pick Marriott brands for the lounge, don't expect that experience here. Dry veggies, some random cheese blocks and no crackers each afternoon, took several days to restock the water and soda, no options other than coffee or tea for hot drinks. Breakfast is ok but not great either, I've had better quality and selection at the brands offering waffles. And problems with samll things - front desk cannot transfer to valet, you have to go in person to request a taxi. The staff is nice & helpful in general. Overall, pick this place for the water views and pay for the waterfront upgrade. Otherwise look downtown.

For the price point and being a flagship Marriott, the rooms left a quite a bit to be desired. That said, every single staff member we encountered during our stay was lovely! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The rooms were small, our balcony (which was an upcharge) was about 4x4 feet, and the sound reallllyyyy travels through walls. We had to get a fan to drown out the noise from surrounding rooms. Throughout the entirety of our stay, there was a pile of dirty glasses and a microwave sitting outside of our door. Location was nice and had some pretty views. The lobby was constantly hopping with people getting ready for cruises, as the hotel is very close to the cruise terminals. Seems like a great location for that purpose for a night. But otherwise, for this price point and because of the noise, I’ll probably look elsewhere next time.

This hotel is so convenient to all local Seattle attractions. Right on the waterfront. Beautiful views. Close to all the cruise ports. Nico, the lobby bartender, was fantastic! He recently transferred here from New Orleans, but was very knowledgeable about Seattle, their sports team’s and what to visit while in town. He was fun to talk to and did a great job with service, and handled the crowd with a smile. Nico is a great asset to your Marriott team!
