Overall it’s been a great stay! We didn’t get the same room as in the picture, but the room was nice and clean and the common area was well maintained! The location is phenomenal! Just a quick walk to the whole city!

Room was clean, cozy, quiet, and the other guests staying were also very respectful. Vince was on top of communication and made sure to stay in touch throughout our stay. Access to laundry and a kitchen was great and we appreciated it very much. My only criticism was that the wi-fi was often a bit slow, but otherwise we had a lovely time. Good accessibility to public transit and it was very easy to get around different parts of the city from this location. Surrounding neighborhood felt safe and being close to Cal Anderson Park was nice as well.

I was nervous because of the other reviews, but don't be discouraged. This is a good deal in one of my favorite close-ish to action but still quiet Seattle neighborhoods. I had no issues finding parking or getting into the place and when I arrived it was clean, organized, and quiet. The bed is comfy, the common area is nice, and access to laundry is helpful. You're walking distance from some great Seattle spots including Chuck's Hop Shop, Twilight Exit, and Communion. Note: The final price after cleaning fee is closer to $150, which is still a decent deal in a central Seattle location, but good to know what you're getting into. This place seems especially good for solo travelers who want to be close to Swedish Hospital or prefer an urban location that's quieter and a little off the main drag. Bonus for pet owners. I had my dog with me.

If I could give this experience zero stars I would. We're in Seattle with a family member at Swedish hospital in their final days. We booked a room for our elderly family member, just to find out it's a 3 floor walk-up in a dingy building with no elevator. Our request for a refund was of course promptly denied. This property owner basically stole close to $600 from our family with zero hesitation or remorse, at a very low point in our lives. Spend it well, friend. These kinds of business tactics always catch up with a person eventually.

total scam. I called the Georgetown Inn looking to book a room in a hotel. they were full, but suggested that they had rooms in "other locations." I said that I was looking for a hotel room. They told me that there was availability at "Sweet Suites Capitol Hill." I'd never heard of it, but the location was perfect, so I went ahead and booked it on the phone, prepaid with a credit card. I drove to the location, right next to Swedish Hospital Cherry Hill. There's no hotel there, of course, I should have known that. There is a random small, shabby apartment building. I called the number for Shabby Suites Capitol Hill to try to get my money back, to no avail. THIS IS A SCAM
