There's budget, then there's BUDGET. This is beyond that. The first room was not cleaned and smelled very strongly of cigarettes and weed. I asked for another room, which was kindly provided, but hardly better. If I were alone and just needed a place to sleep, it would be passable. But as for families or children, stay FAR AWAY. Many of the reviews have responses from a PR manager, claiming to make improvements. I highly doubt those are implemented. Tldr, nasty and not safe. Beware. Also, none of the pictures from the organization are current or accurate.

DONT LET THE NAME FOOL YOU! This place should be condemned. From the outside it looks a little rundown, but not horrible. Then I went to my room. It was dirty. The bedspread looked like it hasn't ever been washed. The sheets were wrinkled, like they were slept in, and then re-made and there was dirt at the bottom of the bed under the sheets, so I'm pretty sure they had not been changed after the previous guest. The towels didn't look clean, the AC didn't work until I cleaned the filter and it was caked with dirt, and even then it would only run for a few minutes before shutting off. The tub was dirty, had rust by the drain and the enamel was peeling off. And then there were bugs.I don't think they were bed bugs but they could have been fleas and also roaches. There was no coffee or tea, which was advertised on their ad. The window wouldn't stay shut, the blinds had a giant hole in them , so you could see right in the room at night. The soap was old, falling apart like crumb-cake and the TV came on but didn't work. To call it a dump, would be a compliment. I know it sounds like I must be exaggerating, but I am not. I would have been better off keeping my money and sleeping in my car. DO NOT STAY HERE!! It's not a good deal at all.

Room was so junky it the only clean thing in there was the sheets on bed the pillow cases was not, tv didn't work and I have a 7 year old lol I got put in the very first room right by main road and it was as if the room I was in got door busted down at some point it wouldn't lock so I had pushed the nasty nasty bigger chair in font of door all night. People who worked there was very friendly

I pulled up and wondered what possessed me to book a room here. The pictures online aren't accurate at all, and this place is filthy. The first room we were given smelled of marijuana, was dank, and dirty. The staff offered us a different room. This one was slightly better. It smelled like cleaners instead of smoke, but that's as far as the cleanliness went-- dirt, rust, cigarette butts, stains.

Minus stars. Terrible, terrible. Dirt covered towels, floor so filthy your feet turned black, walls were all different colours of patch work. Shower was a single rain drop. Also a used sanitary pad over the light in the bathroom.. This place was absolutely appalling and I don't know how they feel okay letting people stay here and it was $180! Room also smelt so bad of cigarettes you could pass out. Filthy.
