Didn't notice anything out of the ordinary with my room - Nothing exceptional/memorable, but it was clean and modern. Solid location with the front desk being steps away from the main entrance of Sloan Park. Hotel was also a few minutes walking to Rio Salado Trail, so I was able to get in a nice walk to Tempe Marketplace for dinner and a couple drinks. Lobby is clean, spacious and modern but I wouldn't say there's much of a "welcoming social space" at the bar. Still, you can walk next door to Stats Sports Bar inside the Sheraton.

This hotel stay was above and beyond what I had expected - check in was easy and seamless, parking was easy - I had an issue that I had made the reservation last summer and there was a discrepancy in parking accommodations - the staff was amazing and helped us out with honoring the parking rate I initially noted. Our room was clean and ready to go, including bathroom items. We got the room for Spring Training, and it was so nice to walk across the driveway to go to bed after the night games! The pool was not packed even though it was unseasonably hot for March (about 110 deg) so it was nice to jump in during the day. Thank you for a great experience for my family!!!

This was my third and last time staying at this hotel. Very outdated and not the cleanest. Checked out early because when leaving the hotel the path outside and the parking lot were covered in HUNDREDS of dead cockroaches. I guess it’s better than them being inside but holy cow it was nasty. the shower wasn’t very clean either. Also charge $25 to park your own car in a side lot was very odd. The food isn’t good and the pricing on the board doesn’t match what they have in their system. Stay somewhere else.

Work trip. Super nice staff. Lots of amenities including outside patio. Starbucks in lobby, limited drinks (pricey water bottle). No breakfast was downfall (reason for 4 of 5 stars overall). Room spacious, comfortable beds. Large bathroom. Very convenient location.

Our bed was comfortable, room normal, clean. We didn't find out they had complementary coffee and take and grab breakfast for our team until last day. It was subpar. Coffee shop in lobby but not open when we had to get up. They had a team there with about 15 kids running around the hotel at all hours playing hide and seek very loudly and playing very loud music @ the pool the 4 days we where there which they wouldn't control making excuses that there quiet hour wasn't until 10pm. That doesn't fly good for teams that have to get up at 5am to get to a field @ 6am. Close to a Walmart, fry's grocery. McDonald's around corner. Panda, Steakhouse down road if you can get in. Lots of entrance and exit doors for convenience to cars.
