We lived our stay here. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The mall near by via maps is closed down and It’s kinda far from the major areas like Scottsdale but our options were limited so we didn’t mind the short drive. Overall the room was clean, loved the small pool, great workout space and the lobby was very welcoming. We also appreciated the kind and helpful staff.

Pool was clean, lots of towels for drying off. We had a balcony overlook in the pool and that was nice. Super big screen. TV was nice. One elevator was working. That's all we needed. The other end of the hotel, though, I noticed their elevator wasn't.

A very clean, friendly, small hotel. Their Bistro Cafe has Starbucks drinks and a staff that really knows how to make your Skinny Chai! The food and drink menu is perfect for a happy hour or room service dinner. I've stayed here many times, and have been treated to consistently kind and thoughtful service from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

There were issues right off.. Refrigerator made noise and couldn't be replaced at 11 or so pm. Husband was already asleep, too. Maintenance man was very friendly and helpful. So from that start to finishing off no coffee in the lobby, pretty much a big disappointment. I really expected better.

Heard the ladies that didn’t know whether I spoke español or not. talking about too many rooms, too much, and the new lady cleaning too much and behind. They said she won’t be there long and laughed. Then I did the math. Too many rooms + not enough time = bacteria and sickness.. I won’t be coming back. Thanks cleaning ladies
