The property is nice and the rooms are clean, however I have similar complaints as another reviewer regarding the air conditioning. Even at the max setting it turns off and on whenever it pleases. I was sweating both nights I stayed here. The other issue I had was that I called the front desk a day in advance and spoke with the manager, Jamar and asked about a late checkout. I was told that I could checkout at 12pm (noon) which I agreed to. The next morning, just past 11, Jamar was trying to get in my room and was banging on the door while I was in the shower. I hurried and jumped out so I could talk to him through the door. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to leave and that checkout was at 11am. I told him that I had talked to him the day before (he has a very distinct and recognizable voice) and he told me I could check out at 12. To which he said “we have to clean the rooms, and there is no late checkout notated on your account” (as if that should be my problem) He ultimately just walked away while I was still trying to talk to him, which is incredibly rude and unprofessional. My word of advice is to make sure they notate your account if they say you can have a late checkout, otherwise they may come pounding on your door at checkout time.

4 stars for the room because it wasn't cleaned very well. . . Great fridge, a/c was quiet and efficient, quiet rooms. Bring your own pans or buy them from the hotel. They aren't stocked in the room. This is a pretty new place, we liked it and we will add it to our list of good pet friendly hotels. Also, Buy ice at a store, the water in Mesa makes subpar ice.

Jamar was very kind and helpful. I had trouble figuring out the room door after 13 hours of driving, but he was very patient in helping me out. I enjoyed a clean room with no disturbances and great AC!

We stayed here for the first time after a wedding right up the road at Superstition Manor. The rooms are made for extended stays including a full refrigerator and we only really needed to sleep and drive home the couple hour trip the next day. The AC wasn't the best and the room kinda had a weird smell but comfortable enough for a short stay!

Here's what their laundry room looks like. The management at this place is absolutely not the best . Make double sure your cards are not being double charged and hold your breathe because the lobby restroom if needed is disgusting. They expect front desk agents to do the laundry and none of them do it . It's put onto Night Auditor. I've never ever heard of this is my life . Anyway other than the laundry side show and the management passing around responsibility, its OK. . Just not recommended.
