Booked this hotel at the last minute for my son working out of town and the staff was amazing. Let me start by saying steve/Steven went out of the way and above and beyond to accommodate me with early check in which was a life saver for the special event that the room was booked for and with the hotel being sold out for the weekend they still went above and beyond to accommodate with late check out, parking very easy and efficient and rooms very comfortable. No complaints we will definitely be back to stay when in the area

First time staying here, interesting location. Older building, needs upgrades. Staff was friendly, lobby is nice. Not close enough to walk anywhere. Parking is small, and one of our friends cars got blocked in by another vehicle. There is a restaurant attached and a room that’s virtual reality golf/ soccer that’s “Top Golf” only stayed one night and the price was reasonable. Had a weird walkway in front of our bedroom window so kept the curtains closed. Would stay again for the price. Not sure if I’d recommend, there are nicer hotels, but great for a quick stay.

Good location in dwtn long Beach. Room needs better ventilation, bathroom toilet smells like sewage and room smells like steak house cooking next door. Thin floor as we could hear ppl walking on the floor above us. Restaurant is nice and front desk staffs are friendly and helpful.

It was a very nice room and the beds were comfy. Nice pool area and the Top Golf room was super cool. The bathtubs are significantly higher than the floor so watch your step but I won't let that bring the rating down. Great location within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and a VONS.

Staff was nice… it is just overpriced for food, parking, and room. It did not seem reasonable. Also, the Top Golf is not included. You have to pay $60 or something. I feel it should be included. Also there is no jacuzzi which is wack.
