I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely unpleasant. The cleanliness of this hotel is completely unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that basic upkeep is not a priority. The baseboards and flooring were visibly dirty, with grime and buildup along the edges (see photos). Even worse, the door frames and trim had what appear to be rust stains, splatter marks, and old residue, which is honestly disturbing in a place that’s supposed to be cleaned between guests. This isn’t about minor wear and tear—this is about poor sanitation and lack of attention to detail. When you’re paying to stay somewhere, you expect at least a clean environment. I did not feel comfortable here. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless cleanliness improves significantly. Management seriously needs to address housekeeping standards.

Do not trust this place!!! The man at the counter is a thief and a liar!!! I was told I would be charged $100 for the room and a $50 refundable fee and as soon as I got to my room I saw he charged me $200!! When I went to ask him he gaslighted me and said he told me about the extra $50 since I arrived early in the morning, which was never said!! Then he proceeded to argue with me and did not want to give me a refund!!! I had to immediately leave and call the bank to dispute the charge!!

This hotel has the worst hygiene! We booked two rooms, room 208 and 209. In room 209, there were little bugs all over the bath. I think we counted seven of them. Additionally, there were stains all over the bed covers. In room 208, there was a tissue stuck on our door and cat hair all over the couch, though I did not get a picture of that. Both rooms have extremely strong smells, one smells like cleaning supplies and the other I can’t even describe. Please do not come here I haven’t even stayed the night but I sure am sleeping in the car wish me luck.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Non existent customer service. Acted as if he was paying me to stay at his motel. Like me checking in was disturbing him. Anyhow all I said was are you OK ? Your seem so mad he said canceling your smoking!?? I even went to the side walk because he has signs no smoking in office. But I was on the side walk so he saw me on camera. Now I’m out of What at 1 am?? Now I’m a female looking for a safe place a 2 am. Very rude and unprofessional! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OB MONEY!!!

Horrible experience! We booked a room in this place and after the check in and with the keys in our hands he cancelled our reservation. Everything because we disagree with the treat that we recieved with the booking process. When we told him about giving him a bad review he just went mad. It was impossible to talk like adults and we enede up in the middle of the night looling for a new place to stay. His behavior is ruda and unprofessional. Stay away fromt this place!
