Love this hotel!!!! Last time we were here was in 2001 and we got the same room type with an ocean view! Beautiful views from the room and just a beautiful place! We decided to go to dinner within the hotel and had the best service and food! Front desk was just top notch! Room 1247 for reference.

Marriott should be ashamed! I am a frequent flyer of Marriott and this did not even meet low expectations on my honeymoon. I used a free upgrade and got the executive suite which was a waste. I asked for one complimentary water and was told no! I spend so much money between Bonvoy and the Vacation Club. Room was extremely small and bathroom was super dated. Breakfast was almost

I stayed at this hotel overnight, but I couldn’t sleep because of the old mattress. The mattress sinks in the middle, and the sides slope downward. As a result, my body was not properly supported and kept sliding. I woke up with back pain after barely sleeping at all. If you stay at this hotel Avoid room 624. Also, bring your own clean water to make coffee. The room provides coffee machine and the coffee,but not water. My room did not have any water bottles.

Don’t let the lobby deceive you. Let’s start with the bedroom: - telephone didn’t work properly - tv did not function properly - carpet was dirty - fridge was small - stains on bed skirt - hair on the bedsheets Now onto the bathroom: - the shower was a tub - the shower was slippery - the shower drains very slow - the bathroom does not have climate control (always hot) - no fresh tissue box - toilet paper was thin - towels always shedding And let’s not forget the room service: - additional charges for any room service order - they were unable to fix my tv

Convenient location. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel, unfortunately, reminded me of some of the properties in Vegas. Meaning it could happen use some TLC and a bit dated. Overall a good experience but Westin is able to charge a premium and the value was slightly under par for the cost.
