Brookdale A. Venue a month agoHad a great time for several days as a guest but on the last day I checked out early even though I requested a late check out. The front desk attendant was so rude and dispreciecptful that I dropped my free 6am breakfast plate and forgot my strawberry waffle. The desk attendant did not help she just watched me struggle with my bags and never offered usage of the luggage carts. She told me “that’s how I am” and that she “didn’t care I was upset” and c” couldn’t talk to a manger until 9am so shut up and good luck!”. She then sat on her phone jn the guest food area. Definitely coming back here using my HH Honor points, but that front desk attendant needs to be dealt with. LOVE the fitness center, free breakfast. 24/7 security with a security intercom if you forget your key. Every other front desk attendant during my stay was lovely especially the Black girl with beautiful braids. As long as she continues to work there I’m always going to be returning! Her customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Hiro Niwa a month agoThe hotel seems recently updated, with clean and functional rooms. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was entirely generic but acceptable. Only negatives were that the bed was softer than I prefer, and on Friday and Saturday nights I can hear the loud bass from the club a few buildings away. Be sure to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.
J King 3 months agoThis is a very nice hotel. And you cannot beat the price. The rooms are new, clean, spacious. In the room, there is a fridge, microwave, coffee maker. All of the staff are very friendly and courteous. The free breakfast was decent (hot eggs, sausage and potatoes). There are security features built into the front door and elevator. If I am back in the area i will definitely stay again.
Lisa Jager 6 months agoThis was a great last min find. Great price, clean hotel and comfy bed. Bed was a lil squeaky but otherwise great. The checkin person was welcoming and outgoing. It was very nice to be greeted by Alshanay. She took great care of us! My only negative is parking cost 50 bucks. Next time I will take ride share instead of drive . Overall would stay here again!!
Olivia Wyatt 7 months agoI stayed here this month for a work trip for two nights. Upon arriving at the room, I smelled something was off and assumed it was mildew or mold, which I didn't think was too big of an issue. When falling asleep that night, I smelled a strong odor of urine. Left the hotel room early and was out all day for work. When I returned to the hotel room at 6pm, I asked one of my coworkers to smell the bed because I still believed that the smell was in my head. We discovered the box spring of the bed had been urinated on by a previous guest on the left side of the bed. I called the front desk, to which the staff member disregarded my complaint, stating it was too late for me to be calling about this issue, assuming that I was the one who urinated on the bed and that I should suck it up and deal with it for the last night of my stay. Mind you, I am on a work trip and I have traveled 5 hours to be here for two nights, and I would like to not spend both of those nights sleeping on pee. After two of my coworkers spoke with this lady, I got moved to a new room with a sunshade that didn't work. We were offered free waters to compensate for our bad experience and disgusting hotel room, how sweet! If you don't mind sleeping on someone else's bodily fluids, then by all means, this is the place for you. But if you are traveling or on a work trip and don't have time to deal with someone's attitude + piss, then BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
