Elevator is down and they will say it'll be fix the next day. It's NOT. six floor and have to take the stairs. I saw people in wheelchairs trying to walk up the stairs I even seen elderly trying to get up the stairs. It's absolutely ridiculous. I'm on a work assignment and I'm planning on leaving this hotel. Over all the rooms are great and very clean. Great location for sure.

Finally brave enough to admit that I was catfished into choosing this hotel 5 years ago. I'd just been married the day before and needed a place to stay before flying out for my honeymoon - and everything looked on Google. But as soon as we parked and headed towards the hotel, I was convinced I had led my new wife to her potential death, kidnapping, or stealing of all our possessions. That being said, the most run down garbage hotel I've ever stayed in. Carpeting and wood paneling towards the base of the wall was ripped up. Every part of the lobby, hallway, and rooms smelled either like cigarette smoke or weed. There was messaging on the lobby floor and our card keys about warning for human trafficking. The elevator had all the aforementioned problems. And if I remember correctly, the lobby desk had that bullet proof screen thing to protect staff. I could go on but you get the picture. My wife and I are doing well, and she was very kind to me despite this blunder, so God bless her. But do anything you can to never stay at this hotel.

The hotel is dirty and gross. There's trash in the hallways and the elevator floor looks gross! The rooms are a good size but doesn't look like it's had any upkeep. I was scared to even sleep on the bed with how dirty the hotel was (in fear of bed bugs). The staff weren't helpful and were on the phone with their partners gossiping about "tea" instead of assisting guests. The rooms didn't even have an adequate amount of towels. I was supposed to stay 3 nights but immediately checked out the next day. Worst 3 - Star hotel I've ever seen. I've stayed in motels that are cleaner.

WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY REASON. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I've worked in the tourism industry for 20+ years. We arrived at the hotel exhausted around 11:30 PM after a long day of travel, expecting a simple, quiet check-in and a place to rest. Instead, the entire stay was stressful and frustrating from the beginning. Right when we arrived, the front desk staff informed us that our room was located on the 6th floor, but the elevator was out of service. She did mention that we could cancel if we wanted to, but since we had paid using travel credit on our credit card and it was already so late at night, we decided to just deal with it for one night and cancel the remainder of the stay the next morning. It felt very unwelcoming and almost like they already knew there were major issues with the property. To make matters worse, there was no one available to help carry luggage up the stairs. I was traveling with my 72-year-old mother, so I had to carry our luggage up all 12 flights of stairs to the 6th floor myself. No apology, accommodation, or assistance was offered. It was incredibly inconvenient and honestly unacceptable to put elderly guests in that position. The hotel itself also smelled terrible. The hallways and common areas reeked of cigarette smoke, weed, and overpowering cologne or air freshener trying to mask the odors. The entire property felt rundown and poorly maintained. We also discovered the pool was closed. While that was not the main reason we booked the hotel, it was still disappointing to find another amenity unavailable with little to no communication beforehand. The worst part happened around 1:00 AM. We were finally asleep when security started pounding loudly on our door. It completely startled us awake, especially since the hotel is not in the best part of town. I pried the door open slowly to find a hotel security guard who told us the front desk had asked him to check whether the room was occupied. This made absolutely no sense considering we had already checked in hours earlier. Being woken up in the middle of the night by someone aggressively knocking on the door was upsetting, unsettling, and completely unnecessary. After that, neither of us could get back to sleep. Overall, the hotel felt poorly managed, disorganized, and inconsiderate of guests. Between the broken elevator, lack of concern for elderly guests, terrible odors throughout the property, closed amenities, and being disturbed at 1 AM, this stay was not worth the money or stress. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others. We left and went to another hotel for the remaining 2 evenings.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable—everything from the room to the bathroom was filthy. The toilet was dirty and didn’t flush properly, the walls were stained, and even the bed and headboard had visible marks that made it clear they had not been properly cleaned. The actual smell of the room was disgusting. The microwave was not only broken but also dented and appeared neglected. The refrigerator had left over food from prior customers. The carpets were outdated and unclean, adding to the uncomfortable atmosphere. On top of that, the thermostat did not work at all, making the room even more unpleasant. Even the vending machines were in poor condition, with visible stains and open soda cans, which was both unappealing and unsanitary. This experience was shocking, and I would not stay here again. Major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall standards are urgently needed.
