We had an amazing stay at this hotel with my daughter. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived — everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable during our entire stay. The breakfast was also really good with fresh options every morning. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our time here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Great hotel, would stay here again. The highlights being the friendly service for the most part, rooms were clean, and location worked with close proximity to hwy 50 that can give you access to many places in Sacramento. Also the breakfasts were really good with options to make your own waffles or pancakes, hot eggs and sausage, cereals, coffee, fruits, bread to make toast, cinnamon rolls, and a variety of juices. Another thing that set this place apart was the indoor pool and jacuzzi! One draw back is the homeless presence in the area. Occasionally I would see them trying to walk through the front parking lot. Never had a problem though. Felt safe with the brightly lit parking and an employee watching cameras all night. I asked for a late check out because my sister was in the hospital and they could only afford to give me an extra half hour which was a little disappointing. All in all a good, clean hotel with great included breakfast options and friendly, attentive staff. Also a decent price for Sacramento. Will stay here again if needed.

I was in town after a medical emergency with my son sent him six hours from home, I checked in exhausted after a night in the ER and then driving six hours. I asked to check in early, I was sure they'd say no, we've had other hotels make us wait 10 minutes until the exact check in time, so I wasn't hopeful. I was surprised when I was given a room! I wasn't sure how long my stay would be, they were so kind and I was able to extend it day by day as I heard from his doctor. I cannot say enough about the staff here! The location feels safe as well for a woman traveling alone; it felt safe. The hotel is also clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Staff very helpful and nice! Comfortable sleeping varies. Been there 2 times and 1st time had comfortable beds but 2nd time ,the beds were very uncomfortable..not a good night sleep and sore next day. That room was the suite with 2 separate rooms with doors. The suite was quieter than the other room though.

What a disappointing stay! The hotel is located next to a busy street, making it quite noisy. Our room was near the elevator, and every time the elevator doors opened or closed, a loud “ding” sound could be heard, even during the night. At 6 a.m., the alarm clock suddenly went off despite not being set. The milk served at breakfast was sour, and the swimming pool water was uncomfortably cold. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
