Beautiful property and very welcoming staff. The lobby is grand and the rooms feel upscale and modern. Only 4 stars because the valet parking can get a bit pricey and busy during large events, so plan ahead if you're driving. However, the comfort of the beds and the central location make it well worth the visit!

Flew up from SoCal to attend the 2nd Annual California Survivor Advocacy Day event. Spent the night before in this beautiful hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The bed was, by far, the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service. Everyone we ran into was kind, helpful, and made us feel like we were taken care of. We also ate at both Amaranth and Vines and the staff were so great! I know they say it is hard to find good help but Hyatt Regency Sacramento must have found the secret. Would definitely stay again. (Location really close to conf center, PAC, and many restaurants in walking distance.)

The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and crisp linens. I liked the large windows with views of the city, and it was surprisingly quiet at night despite being in a busy area. Check-in took a little longer than expected, but the staff were professional and courteous throughout. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Unforgettable experience. Management was accommodating and knows how to make adjustments and corrections well. The Regency Club had a delicious breakfast and evening hors deurves that use good quality ingredients. The mushrooms in the scrambled eggs, the sausage, the charcuterie, etc... the ladies serving are helpful and clean.
