The owner is arrogant. My husband Asked front desk about better deal (as i was travelling every week for work) he interfered and denied as he mentioned he can't give me good deal on room as they were getting busy and he can only offer 5% off. The Front desk was listening to us about our requirement but the arrogant owner is useless, his behavior will run down the property.

This hotel is near the park and river, so there’s homeless and sketchers. The hotel has gated parking with key entry. I didn’t experience any issues. Employees were responsive and courteous. Great for a sleep spot, but not a destination. I would stay again as a rewards member.

Check in was smooth, the person at the desk was kind and sweet, and this was very nice after a long trip. The room itself was clean and quite large, like a studio, with a sitting area with couch and chairs a bit separate from the bed area. Nice design layout and features, wooden closet door, real pictures on the walls and back lighting on the bed. Very comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was eggs and sausage, waffles and pastries. The price was 1/2 the others in the area. This was a deal!! I've added this to favorites. A welcome surprise. I was at first worried about the area, allot of people wandering around. It was safe and exceeded expectations.

Jash at front desk was very helpful and made us feel welcome and happy to be staying at this location. Great breakfast with very nice staff and clean rooms A++

Had a last minute trip and stayed at this location, at first I was worried about the area (a lot of homeless people living in the street and behind the property) but it was safe, there was a gated parking lot to park in at night. The room was huge, separate living room area, 2 extremely comfortable beds in the other room. The room was clean, the staff was very nice, I would definitely stay here again.
