I stayed here Monday night 6.8.26 into Tuesday morning 6.9.26. I don't know her name, but the woman working the front-desk Tuesday 6.10.26 was so kind and polite. Her customer service was phenomenal. She told me she had just started working at this location not too long ago, but you would've thought she's a seasoned veteran. As a diamond member, great customer service is always appreciated! Room was clean, pretty standard Hilton-Hampton. Good area and nearby food.

Parking area is good, service at desk was great, rooms are clean and updated with standard rooms have a walk in shower which I found awesome and easy to use. ADA customer should still request specific room needs. Pool was heated and hot tub was available

Lacreasha and Heather today were so genuine and compassionate. They went out of their way to make sure my travels were safe and accommodating. The amount of sincerity they showed, can’t be given enough stars! Lacreasha especially, when she noticed my emergent travel was weighing…offered the most kind “whatever it is, you’re gna be ok” moment. Meant the world. Thank you ladies again!!

We chose this hotel expecting a certain level of quality and care because it’s a Hilton property but our experience was the complete opposite. On Easter morning, we woke up to check out with our children only to find our car vandalized in the hotel’s parking lot. Our windows were completely smashed out. What made an already upsetting situation worse was the way it was handled by staff. Instead of any empathy or concern, we were told, “this happens all the time all over California.” That response was not only dismissive, but completely unacceptable especially considering this has never happened to us despite traveling and staying at multiple hotels across the state. There was no apology, no attempt to assist, and no manager available. We were simply told to “call Monday.” When we did follow up on 4/6/2026, we were met with the same cold attitude. The front desk response was, “there are signs everywhere—we’re not liable my supervisor said to tell you that” with absolutely no compassion for the fact that we had to drive hours home with our children in the backseat and no window in our car. Liability aside, basic human decency and customer care should still exist. The lack of empathy from this location is beyond disappointing—it’s unacceptable. We have filed a claim with Hilton corporate and are hoping for a response. However, if this is the standard of service, we will not only avoid this location, but reconsider staying with Hilton altogether.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The pillows were comfortable and the bed was alright. The breakfast had a wide assortment of cold and hot foods, plus fruit and juice; I wasn’t a fan of the eggs. Why 2 stars? The pool area had no towels, crackers on the bottom of the pool and then to really top it off was the amount of cockroaches surrounding the pool and hot tub. It left me uneasy not knowing if they were in the hotel too, thankfully I did not see any inside of the hotel.
