Room was very comfortable. I wish our window opened, it looked like it is supposed to, but it didn't. Service all around was AMAZING! Breakfast staff was super cheerful and helpful; front desk responsive; housekeeping and maintanence prompt (we asked for extra towels and for the pool to be cleaned of leaves - both were done within minutes!). Location of the hotel was in a quiet business park close to the river. Very easy to get downtown and easy access to 5, 80, and 160 (?). We'd stay again.

Exceptional room and services. Staff are client-oriented, responsive, and attentive to the client's needs. Beautiful and comfortable room. One of the best hotels I've recently stayed in. Luchie, the front office manager assisted me with tools to enhance my drive home. She is a top-notch manager with an A+ team.

My most favorite hotel in California so far. Beds were super comfortable. Love the zero shower products. Felt secluded. Wish I would have brought my bathing suit it wad the only thing that would make it better. I would come back. Aaryn and the rest of the staff were amazing. The check in people were great two. Wish I would have stayed longer.

Nice staff!! Fancy hotel lobby. Breakfast was pretty good, but not worth $20. Noise from the nearby interstate was not noticeable. Bed was comfortable. Overall, a $100 room for $300/night! -No tissues -Dollar store toilet paper -No safe -Tiny closet -Terrible lighting for full length mirror -Broken shelf in bathroom -Filthy window -Outdated cumbersome TV interface -Long black hairs on "clean" towels -Towel rack / linens are IN the shower/bath stall -Must hold the flush handle for 8 seconds to get toilet to fully flush -Over 5 mins for water to get hot if showering at 5am -No bathroom fan (must leave door open while showering to avoid creating a steam room) -Nearest store/food is nearly 1/2 mile away

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for three nights during a soccer tournament. Overall, the stay was fine, but the hotel could benefit from some updates. The rooms were clean but noticeably worn, and the furniture and carpeting are due for a refresh. A little upkeep would go a long way in making the rooms feel more comfortable and modern. Service throughout the hotel was average—nothing negative, but nothing particularly memorable either. On the positive side, the washer and dryer were brand new and extremely convenient, especially during a tournament weekend. We also appreciated the easy access to water and ice, which was helpful for the girls. The included breakfast was good, and the girls really enjoyed it. The bar area and staff were pleasant, which made the evenings feel relaxed. However, it would have been helpful to have a full restaurant on-site, as food options in the immediate area were limited. Overall, this hotel works well for a short stay or a sports weekend, but the rooms would benefit from some refreshing to match the quality of the common areas and amenities.
