Howard Ng a month agoA very nice hotel in the heart of Sacramento. Very walkable to all services and attractions. Upon check in,we were pleasantly greeted, and explained the services of the hotel. As a bonus, breakfast was included in the price. They offer valet parking, but you can park at meters for free from 6 pm to 8 am. Also, a parking lot beside the hotel offers all day parking fpr $15. Only negative was that TVs were not working.
Ltw Jones 2 months agoGood location. Zero amenities. Bring everything you need. No cleaning of room and no fresh towels on days after check-in, and big sign requesting tips for service staff. We called front desk to ask to have room services and fresh towels. Fresh towels-only bath toeels—were left on our bed.
TrayVon Green (Juspasnthru39) 6 months agoThis hotel is very nice. The rooms have been remodeled and they come with a kitchens. Super clean and fresh fragrance throughout the building. RESTAURANT is pricey and you have to pay for parking. There are lovely views from the higher floors. Quite and staff are friendly and helpful.
Papis_Comida 6 months agoI'm a Certified Travel Advisor and disabled, queer Veteran. Overall, my week stay was less than satisfactory and welcoming. The hotel overcharged me 3x, totalling nearly $4k within the first 2 days and although I was refunded within the 4/5 day of my stay, a much needed thank you and shout out to the GM, Stephen. Sadly, the majority of the hotel front desk staff are unprofessional, argumentative, non empathetic with the "miscommunication" (per their verbiage) for the 3x erroneous charges (blaming me and my travel agency for the "error"). Only when the GM became involved and took over in the resolution of false charges, were staff backtracking to be nice. The suites are comfy, however there are marks on the walls and windows do not open for fresh air, so the room becomes stale and unpleasant. The restaurant offers average breakfast items, nothing special, however the restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. Kudos and shout out to the one male front desk staff member who was genuine and welcoming during my week stay. Majority of front desk staff members need remedial training in conflict resolution, having empathy during situations, and common courtesy (which I communicated to the GM). The only positive experience out of my stay is the GMs empathy, proactive resolution and de-escalation of the erroneous multiple charges upon check-in and on the second day during my stay. This was my first time staying at this hotel and definitely my last. The gross mishandling of false charges, lack of professionalism and mistreatment from 3 staff members was unwarranted and alarming. The GM and my travel agency support team were the only ones to offer a genuine apology for the false charges and blatant mistreatment by hotel front desk and accounting staff. Although this may not happen to most guests, this experience was a true nightmare and caused a temporary financial hardship; front desk and accounting staff refused to acknowledge the situation and take ownership of this HUGE mistake. Front desk staff literally blamed me and my travel agency for their error. Supporting documents were provided to prove otherwise; zero apology from front desk and accounting staff. Note to anyone booking this hotel, if any situations arise with wrongful charges and mistreatment, contact the GM directly. Again, a sincere thank you to the GM for correcting the false charges and actually taking the time to speak to me regarding the nightmare experience. Truly and sincerely appreciate the GM comp'ng 2 nights stay!
Ryan Goliath Pratt 9 months agoMade a reservation for a room at 9pm at night for that night, and then called and told them I wouldn't be in until 5am the next day and to not mark me as a no-show I was still marked as a no-show and charged for it. Then I ordered dinner for delivery and paid extra to have them bring it up to my room, because I'm a disabled veteran and was already undressed for the evening. They stopped my delivery driver in the lobby and made me get dressed and come down. Nothing but inconveniences since I booked the room. This is why I'm a top tier guest at Marriott, Hilton, and IHG. I avoid Hyatt at all costs unless I have to be at one for work. They don't ever care about their guests. They won't even status match with other hotels. I've never had a good Hyatt experience
