Honest review. The hotel appears to be lacking maintence. The dead bolt & front door DID NOT seem very sturdy (at least in the room is stayed in) this was ground level. Anyone could have easily (if they wanted to) break in. The location is absolutely horrible, its boxed in behind a very busy parking lot that attracts homeless. Very hard to get in & out of. The room was just all right. Not too bad, but not disgusting like some other reviews have shown... On the positive side, the pool is great!!!

Room look clean at a glance, but upon further inspection it was dirty. They look like three fingers smeared on the headboard along with some other weird smeared stuff, dirty bathtub, paint, chips all on the floor. Don't know what was dripping off the front of the refrigerator. Decent size room $100 deposit, not sure how well they clean. Anything there though. Look like booger smears on the wall. Wouldn't stay again, also, the elevator leading to our room 345 was really sketchy and scary. Not sure how often is maintenanced so be careful!!

For the price this is an excellent hotel. We stayed here last weekend for a volleyball tournament. Normally they serve free breakfast starting at 7 AM on weekends, but they were super kind and arranged for breakfast to be served at 6 AM to accommodate us since a number of volleyball players and coaches stayed here. The rooms have a good size “Mini” refrigerator and freezer. I recommend requesting a top floor room. The Hotel is right next-door to an In-N-Out and very close to many other restaurants. It’s a short 15 minute drive to downtown Sacramento.

Overall experience was a very good one. The support staff and management were friendly and attentive. The general state of both the facility and room was excellent with one exception, the in-room television never worked for the three days I was a guest—a bit disappointing but thankfully had my own streaming devices to use on the WiFi which is a complimentary service provided here at this hotel. One minor issue was while I am a known and documented hooked Wyndham Rewards member my benefit in rewards perk for late check out could not be honored due to some inexplicable reason, which in the end I did not need afterall.

Very convenient location centrally located and near the highway, close to my gym, grocery stores, and good fast food, Inn and Out, Jack N the Box, & Chick fa La! This location has laundry that was very affordable and plus it was pet friendly. We didn’t have Any complaints except our room didn’t drain properly with the shower I hate taking a shower with a puddle in the tub. The sink was also slow to drain but I was able to fix that. All in all it was a good experience and we would start again.
