I had booked this location through Priceline. Everything had went through. The money was taken out of my account. I had drove from San Francisco thinking everything would be good and ready to go upon arrival. Once I arrived to the location around 10:15pm the front office was closed. Never once did I read on their listing that they close the front office from 10pm-9am. I was highly annoyed due to the fact I had drove far and I was ready to shower and lay it down from being tired. I wasn’t the only person that had arrived after 10pm there was other people as well. I don’t recommend this location at all. That is very unprofessional and never have I had to deal with something like this.

Absolutely have the best staff always helpful for my son and I ...completely understandable about all situations when booking on-line. We have been staying back and forth with them.going on 6 months and we're great full ☺️ room always clean and its always quite 👌🏾

We booked a 2 bed with a kitchen for 1 week. Room had 2 beds and an empty kitchen empty cupboards. No silverware, dishes, pots or pans, no toiletries, no soap, nothing. We complained and they told us we had to rent them per day. Checked out and would not return out money. WORST Hotel ever.

My husband and I are staying here until we get into our new home, our experience has been great so far. All of the employees have been very nice and kind but, I would like to give a special shout out to NANCY, she has been a great help with all questions that I have asked and it has been a lot! I would also like to give an EXTRA special shout out to TINA, she has also been super helpful and so kind. I love seeing her in the mornings she always puts a smile on my face and helps me start my day off great. Thank you so much to all the staff at the Extended Stay, but a SUPER SUPER SUPER thank you to both Tina and Nancy!!! You are both are so amazing!
