I stayed at this Studio 6 for 4 nights and my experience was extremely disappointing. During my entire stay, my room was never serviced once. The first night I assumed it was just missed, but when I asked the front desk about housekeeping, I was told that since COVID they no longer go door to door and that service must be requested. Later learned that wasn’t anywhere in their policy. Actually the policy say they clean daily and we shouldn’t be refusing them entrance. I requested housekeeping for the following day, but my room was still skipped. I even spoke to the housekeeper directly and she said she would return to clean the room even though she didnt see my room number on the list, but she never came back. I was also told to bring my dirty towels to the office to exchange them, and when I did they did not give me the same amount of towels back or provide toilet paper. For a paying guest, basic housekeeping and supplies should not be this difficult. I stayed four nights and had zero service despite requesting it. On top of that, a $100 deposit was charged at check-in. I’m hoping that is refunded promptly. I made sure to keep the room clean myself and took out trash daily, but the overall service was very poor and disappointing. I would not stay at this location again.

I had a completely awful stay at this place and I am never coming back. The room itself was incredibly dirty, and to make matters worse, I found cockroaches crawling around inside. On top of the unsanitary conditions, the environment felt sketchy because the other tenants were incredibly loud, ratchet, and rowdy the entire time. When I brought all of these issues to the staff, they completely brushed me off and did absolutely nothing to accommodate me or fix the situation. Save your money and go somewhere else where management actually cares about cleanliness and their guests' safety.

I've stayed here a few times now and it seems to me that there's always an issue with internet and or the network they use for television. If you needing internet don't expect it here. Otherwise the rooms are decent and typically pretty clean. Staff in the office can vary from great to shouldn't be in the service industry. Restaurants nearby and the cheap rates make this more popular with the homeless and since it offers an extended stay for cheaper it falls to seedy motel status. Can usually see cops or probation on the property

I checked in late and asked to extend another day, I was able to do it with no issues at the front desk. I thought I got locked out of my room and went to the front desk and got it fixed right away. The desk staff were super friendly. My room was freshly remodeled and clean. It was overall a great stay and I’ll definitely be booking again when I need to!

I have never in my life been treated so bad at a motel they charged us for a single stain on the sheets and because we questioned it they put us on the do not rent list and lied and said we had a bullet in the room which definitely was not true and they filed a false police report and when we asked to see it they told us we could not see it or get the report number and then hung. Up on me after they talked to us disrespectful and told my special needs son. He had to wait outside and just note they have lied on guest there just to get them kicked out of program's and when I asked for a corporate number they said their wasn't one. This Manager must be stopped
