Rooms were actually very nice. It was clean and modern. We should have requested some extra blankets because there wasn't anything supplied for the pullout couches and by the time I realized the office was closed. The elevator set up in the building is sort of hard to navigate. I found the office person to be helpful and she communicated clearly. Location was close to some historical sites I was excited to see and closer to the airport than Waikīkī but not close to other attractions

Followed the fine print of going to a different level for check-in and called ahead to confirm a few hours before then. The room size 1200sq ft was worth the value of staying a week compared to expensive tourist 400sq ft room. It's in the middle of shopping, restaurants, and bus transportation for cheaper alternatives. The convenience nearby is 24/7 and the Paris Bakery was the best spot for snacks or breakfast. I love the views and had no issues with noise or anything. I loved how this place was furnished so had everything I needed to make meals or do laundry.

Terrible management, couldn’t check in. There was phone number to reach after 5PM which we understand. but no one answered. Feel so left out on family vacation that we paid for. We requested for full refund next morning and one of the lady said Yes. We are back from our vacation and they never did and they lied to our third party booking service that we used the suite. So they cannot give us refund. Please, this is not about money. We hope future visitors do not need to experience this on their vacation. They are not sorry at all and their attitude is just worse. If you book with them be careful or visit them and get the suite in person otherwise avoid booking. Very very careless people behind this management.

I highly recommend this place! The apartment had great view of the ocean and mountain, high floor, central air,full kitchen fully equipped with washer and dryer, stove, oven, full size fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave,water kettle, dishes, utensils, dish soap, hair dryer, iron, 2 TVs, 1 queen size bed, 2 sleeper sofas, floor to ceiling windows, a desk, kitchen table with chairs, plenty of towels, sheets if you need. Parking for an extra fee right in the building. The front desk is not located at the entrance. You'll have to read your instructions or call to get there. Don't look at the negative reviews! They're really not making justice to this awesome place!

First of all, beware this isn't a hotel it's an airbnb hosted in a business building. The area has quite a few homeless people around and isn't very walk-friendly. The "suite" looks absolutely nothing like the photos, and was actually just a tiny living room/kitchen with no windows, a small bathroom, and a bedroom that was surprisingly nicer than the rest of the place. The building is confusing, eerie, and you have to take two different sets of elevators to get to the suite and upon arriving the door code wasn't even correct and locked us out so we had to have someone help us. Upon seeing that the suite looked extremely different compared to the photos, we attempted to cancel our reservation and were denied a refund. Even then, we still did not want to stay so we went to drop off our keys and parking stuff in the office and while leaving the parking garage, the clerk said we needed the parking validation (that they told us to return to the office before leaving) to leave and charged us since we didn't have it. Terrible place to stay and bad location!
