Overall experience is great! It’s a family vacation with our extended families from my husband’s side. The location is great, it is in the middle of everything walking distance to a mall. 10 mins or less to the beach by car. The hotel is across ABC store where you can get souvenirs. Near by access to bus, if your looking for more cheaper to go to places. Services staff is also great! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Starting at the desk ladies specially GLADYS, housekeeping, security guard, and kitchen staff. The room is great with vault, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair blower and iron. The building also have sports area with pool and mini golfing. They have laundry floor too that already soap its easy to operate by card or coins. I give this place 10/10 Thanks for everything!!

The hotel was clean, the hotel service was good, breakfast is ALWAYS busy and half the time no seats. But the people working breakfast did amazing! The pool was okay, the hot tub did not work I probably saw 30 people be shocked at how cold it was. And our bathtub in our room didn’t drain. It was great walking distance though to shops and the beach.

I have to say this place turned out better then I expected. Our stay was during the first Kona Storm. Was beautiful to see the storm show its power. Place is nice, rooms are tight but who stays in the room anyways. People are super nice. It’s located within walking distance the beach and to shopping. The breakfast they offer offers a large selection of breakfast options. Just get there first thing or you will be fighting for those waffles 😂 No need for resorts, I rather use my money on shopping and attractions than a snooty resort.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend this hotel to all, very family friendly! Complimentary breakfast included. Great customer service. My kids had a blast at the pool and on the mini golf putt. Thank you Gladys at front desk for making our check out so quick and easy, we can’t wait to come back!

The view from our room was great! It was on the corner of 15th floor, but could see the ocean. Bed mattress and pillows were very good. Bus stop is very close to this hotel. Staffs here were very friendly and fantastic! Breakfast meals changes every day and delicious. There were several kinds of bread including pastries. Staffs said good morning with lovely smiling every morning. They seemed enjoying their work which made me start good days every day. A lady of information and map center is so kind and helpful. Thank you for your great services. Mahalo
