First off, the staff was exceptional, professional, and incredibly responsive! I want to make sure that is 100% clear, as they might have misunderstood my intentions when I mentioned speaking to Angie. She was just being super helpful, asking me to check if the room service phone worked before I left. They truly go above and beyond. As tourists, it is our responsibility to respect the staff with that same energy and understand how overwhelmed Hawaii can be with visitors. Our king bed room completely exceeded expectations, and the entire property is spotlessly clean and super close to the beach. Parking our rental car was great too. The pricing of $50 a day for full in and out access is more than reasonable for this prime location. The amenities are fantastic. The fitness center and pool are pristine, the guest activities are awesome, and being able to take pool towels on beach excursions was so convenient. The only tiny downside is the lack of an on-site laundry room for longer stays. If they added that, it would make this already amazing property even better. We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic stay with our family of four for a week. Short walk to the beach, and being right around the corner from Target and the International Market was very convenient. Every interaction with staff was very pleasant, requests were handled promptly. The bathroom was a little cramped and awkward but nothing terrible, just a little inconvenient at times. I would definitely stay again. The pool area was lovely and never seemed too busy (end of Feb/beginning of March) and the gym was great.

I had such a pleasure stay at Outrigger Waikiki Paradise Hotel! The location is honestly unbeatable, everything is so convenient. There are tons of local stores, shopping malls, restaurants, and cute cafés just steps away, which made exploring Waikiki super easy and enjoyable. I loved being able to walk everywhere without needing transportation. The hotel room itself was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staffs are so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The only thing I wish could be improved is the soundproofing. The walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear the neighboring rooms talking or doors opening and closing. It wasn’t a huge issue, but better noise insulation would definitely make the stay even more perfect. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location and convenience, I’d definitely consider staying here again!

This stay was purchased through a Costco travel package. It is a nice and well kept establishment just off of the main strip. Very convenient for walking, shopping and visiting Waikiki beach. The rooms are decent and offer the basics, fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) and safe for belongings. Shower and bathroom left a bit to be desired. Shower was small and very little counter top space for hygene. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Great stay here, the hotel was within walking distance to the beach, food spots and shopping. Plenty of ABC stores around and other little shops to buy souvenirs and Leonard’s was close by too which was a plus. I will say the bathroom and shower set up, at least in our room was not the best. The sink was super small and the shower set up was pretty tight but other then that everything else was great. Housekeeping cleaned up the room every day and made it good as new and Angie from the front desk was very hospitable and helpful when it came time for us to check out. We had a very nice stay and looking forward to coming back. Mahalo outrigger Waikiki paradise staff for your hospitality!
