We had a wonderful experience at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel on Waikiki Beach in Honolulu. The accommodations were spacious, clean and well-appointed. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful and competent. Especially friendly were Talia, A-Rod, and Candy in the dining room and bar. Also the manager, Kim, was gracious and accommodating when we had a special need. The photos show how tastefully decorated and architecturally pleasant all of the settings are including the lounge, dining room and pool. I also included some of the beautiful views of the ocean from the hotel.This is our second stay at this hotel and we look forward to future stays as well.

Came to stay here with my family for several nights during our holiday trip to Honolulu. For the start of our stay, the check-in process was smooth for a busy hotel during the holidays, and complimentary juice beverages that they gave us, which we appreciated. The hotel is nice, clean and well maintained throughout, with a vintage, tropical vibe. The room was comfortable with a balcony showing nice views of the city, mountains and ocean. I also loved the beautiful view of the Diamond Head volcano from the pool area. Great location, conveniently situated in the Waikiki neighborhood close to the beach as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping. The amenities I found to be convenient and useful (beach supplies, guest laundry, etc.) another nice part of our stay. The staff here are very nice and helpful. Overall we had a good stay here.

First time at Queen Kapiloani and I will definitely return. Staff was very friendly and gave recs as needed. Concierge, bell desk and valet open 24/7. Less than 5 minute walk to Waikīkī beach and hotel has easy to grab complimentary beach chairs and towels. Room was clean with a wonderful view of diamond head. It’s more at the end of the “strip” of hotels which was nice. Coffee shop and restaurant were both excellent in service and food/drink plus lots of other food/drink places within walking distance. Only con would be yes the walls are thin but I find this to be true at every hotel I stay at.

This was my first time in Hawaii and I believe the Queen Kapiolani Hotel is a great place to stay. It's in such a prime location and makes getting to the beach and shops much easier. When I got to the hotel I was early and worried I would have to wait to check in. Not only was I able to check in they upgraded my room to an ocean view free of charge (God is good 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾). The view was absolutely amazing and seeing it every morning when I woke up is something I won't forget. The room itself was solid nothing too fancy. I honestly wasn't planning on staying in my room much because I wanted to walk and explore the island.

The studio room is clean and a good deal for 1 person. For 2 adults it was ok, but the staff was so helpful in upgrading our room to one with a balcony and beautiful view of diamond head. Special shout out to Kryz for being so lovely and accommodating! Happy hour on the pool deck is great, with good cocktails and yummy food, we loved the wings! The coffee shop in the lobby is great too, we went every morning and the açaí is great quality!
