The room was not properly cleaned and appears to be poorly maintained overall. At first glance, the room does not seem too bad, but once you look closely, the condition becomes very concerning. The walls were visibly dirty, the lampshade was bent and damaged, and the carpet was in terrible condition. There were exposed metal spikes/staples sticking out of the carpet that I accidentally stepped on, which is a serious health and safety hazard. I have no idea how many other guests may have stepped on those as well. The shower was also dirty and clearly not cleaned thoroughly. Overall, the room needs a true professional deep cleaning and maintenance inspection, not just a quick surface cleanup by housekeeping.

I would not recommend it, the pillows were a hard ball, the electric outles detached off the wall, the blankets had stains and cigarette holes. Poor maintenance the management needs to invest in maintaining the hotel and replacing bed sheets, we found food in the fridge, which makes me doubts about how they clean the rooms, I definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Although the staff was very nice and I appreciated the shuttle from airport (which was quick) - I have to give a one star for the room. Sheets, mattress pad, and blanket were stained, blanket was dirty (shook out hair and grit), mattress was old and sub-par, room smelled bad (luckily we were on the second floor and could open the window). We are sorry but can't recommend this hotel.

Barely a 1/2 star. Lost power and was stranded with no shuttle at 2am with kids. Will not book again. Looks like it is a week from being “pay by the hour”. Will be contacting 3rd party booking provider as well. -2/10 do not recommend.

The clerk tried to give me a room with a leaking ceiling for full price. I know he lied about having other rooms. I tried to get a room because the storm cause me to lose power and we was in the dark. He refuses to give a discount of any kind. Any amount would be okay! I believe he thought I was off the streets and was up to no good which was very unfortunate.
