I had an amazing time at Hyde Park – the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere was calm and well maintained, and the quality of the landscaping and guided tours made the whole visit feel truly special. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful yet welcoming green space.

Nicely renovated. Clean hard flooring. Clean bathroom, fridge, microwave. 55 inch TV. Very slow wifi. Free parking.

My room was small and expensive for what they offer, and I was pretty much forced to take a certain room due to the other rooms being closed for renovations. The area is nice and quiet (Hyde Park), and the room was clean which are the most important things to me, so I give the hotel 3 stars.

Horrible service Horrible rooms not worth the price at all I booked there last night it was a nightmare first room I was assigned keys didn’t work walked back forward to office three times to get keys still wouldn’t open was assigned another room walked through hell of bugs to open the door get in the room it’s not dirty but it’s not the cleanest either start get ready for bed I see a few bugs I thought i probably let them in when I open the door but no they were on the walls floors all around the bed and on the bed finally get the front desk off my phone because room phone doesn’t work they tell me there’s nothing they can do and there aren’t any other rooms available but the one we couldn’t enter and that the manager want be in until the morning I’ve been calling all morning and no manager now she’s there but away from the desk I just want my refund it’s only fair also they have the bug crawl all around the office as well🤦🏽‍♀️

Location is everything with this hotel, with views of the lake right out the front door. The free parking with the shuttle and short ride to city are so convenient. The rooms are clean, not fancy and it sits in a quieter neighborhood, felt safe but it is right off of Lakeshore. Staff was quick and kind for check-in and check-out. Double check the restaurant next door if you plan to rely on it, not sure if it is open. Definately will stay here again!
