You definitely pay premium prices for the location. The rooms were clean but small and very standard - furniture was worn. The hotel is a half block from a hospital so there are sirens all times of day and the windows are not sealed well. The location was good, the rest was ehh.

Our stay here was a disappointment. Upon check in the front desk asked if we wanted house-keeping during our stay and we said yes. Our room was small but "ok" for a quick stay. Walls are thin and you can hear everything from the inside and outside. All four outlets by the bed were NOT working so we had to charge all of our electronics in the bathroom. The shower toiletries were slow to dispense and the shower knob fell off during use. During our second day we left at 9am & came back at 5pm to the room unserviced. We called the front desk to notify them and they told us we had to step out for 30 minutes. They blamed the computer system for missing "our room" and sent someone up to clean. It took them over an hour to service the room even though they promised us 30 minutes. We left the hotel to pass the time and when we returned we still waited patiently in the lobby because the room was not done. We kept checking in after they promised us a certain time. After the room was cleaned no one at the front desk had the audacity to tell us the room was ready. No communication or apology which is crazy. We return to our room thinking they are done & they are STILL cleaning it....we were beyond irritated to say the least. Honestly if the front desk could've communicated with us a little more and apologize it would've been okay. Valet is also slow checking out.. we were smart enough to request our vehicle an hour before we checked out but it still took 20 minutes just to get the keys even though the car was ready. If you're reading this spend your money elsewhere.

Depending which you you take, it’s a big difference. I stayed here 3 nights divided in different dates because i was traveling to Miami then back, then to Indiana and back. But both 3 nights I had a different room. The beds are comfortable and pretty big which is nice. The tv though is old and does not have any Netflix or YouTube. The elevators are very slow sometimes had to wait 5 minutes but that’s okay. Everytime I checked out they were able to keep my luggage until I came back, which is very nice too. Bathrooms are very small. All rooms I booked were “standard room with kingsize bed” but every room was different… the first one had a small room but bigger bathroom and more modern shower. Second one was small room and small bathroom. And the third one was a very big room with hallway to the room but the bathrooms are always very small. So I was confused with the roomtypes. We did ask for a nice view but there was no view at all haha just a court between buildings in the dark. Location is great.

Shower gel was completely empty upon arrival and the tissue box had about six tissues inside. The plug in by the sink did not work at all. The only other plugs in are the two nightstands. One nightstand worked intermittently. This made it very difficult to get ready and charge electronics. Entry light burned out. We asked for engineering to check the outlet on Saturday. No show and no follow up from front desk. We asked again on Sunday. They did follow through this time. They also checked the A/C, which we had no issue with. On Sunday night the A/C rattled loudly whenever it cycled on. There is one towel hook in the entire room. Ours was broken. After they fixed the sink outlet, one nightstand now had no power. We were comped one night of a 4 night stay. I had to ask for this, it was not offered. Hall noise is VERY loud. The door doesn’t seal at the bottom.

It's just okay. Not great, but definitely not terrible either. When I checked in, they sent me up to a room on the 7th floor but it hadn't even been cleaned from the previous guests. The bed wasn't made, the trash wasn't removed, and it was well past the check in time of 3pm. Fortunately, they had other rooms available with a king bed, so I was upgraded to the 14th floor with a better view. The room is nicely furnished and a good size which is something other reviews trashed. Personally, I think the room is a perfect size. The bathroom however is absolutely tiny. The toilet is so close to the wall that my leg hits it, and the shower is so close that my other leg hits it. The sink is extraordinarily small and shallow which isn't a huge deal, but it's kind of funny looking. The shower looks nice but the water pressure is equivalent to that of a kinked garden hose. The walls are paper thin and the door is not well insulated which makes it very easy to hear everything going on outside of your room, and in our case it was maintenance replacing a light bulb being VERY loud, and a barking yap dog. Excellent location close to everything you could ask for, and the staff are friendly, but I would guess that their communication with the housekeepers is subpar. May stay here again for the right price, but I will likely look elsewhere in the future
