The room was clean and spacious, everything worked properly in the well-appointed unit. Views were great. The various amenities in the hotel were also appreciated. Weight room had high-quality equipment and the rooftop terrace was a great place to enjoy a summer evening. Pool seemed underwhelming, but nice to have nonetheless. Included breakfast was delicious - nice portion of the buffet was rotating, and the constants were done well too. Overall, worth the price and a consistent/reliable place to stay!

Room was clean, bed wasn't comfy, i feel like it was worn out, i sunk down in it, woke up back ache. Other than that, no problem. Location damn near everywhere, easy to find, about the parking tho, they have this valet service, and we thought it's okay to left the car after we checked out since we want to walk around a little bit, but you have to pay to the valet service after the initial checkout time. Staff were nice, breakfast was nice too. So no complaints

This hotel was no where near up to the $400 usd price tag. It was run down, staff were not helpful and when I checked in they couldn’t even make me a key card. Rooms were dark, air conditioning loud and toilets barely flushed. Not what I was expecting for the Hyatt brand. Loved the location though - a short walk to lots of great cafes and places to eat!

This hotel was reserved for me through my travel team. I rarely stay at hotels below five stars, and this experience reminded me why. It was not the type of stay I desire. Upon arrival, I was feeling carsick from my Uber driver and asked the front desk attendant if he could grab me a Sprite and charge it to my room. I was told they are not allowed to do that and that I would need to check out myself at the vending area directly behind him. Hotels are not Target or Walmart — I do not want to “check myself out” when I’m paying for a hotel experience. If I wanted that level of service, I would have chosen an Airbnb, not a global hotel brand. The rooms are basic, but if you are on a low budget, this is a safe place to stay with a decent bed. However, my room was never cleaned during my three-night stay, and the trash was never taken out. This is how properties attract pests — an issue I see has also been mentioned by other guests. The interior noise from room to room is excessive, as if the walls are made of paper. Bring earplugs if you must stay here. I hope I do not have to stay here again.

I absolutely loved being a guest here my stay was exceptional. The service was amazing, and the check-in process was completely seamless. The rooms were extremely clean, and I never once had to request housekeeping, which is very rare and truly appreciated. The only downside was the parking, which felt highly inflated. However, the hotel does recommend more affordable parking options, which was helpful. Aside from that minor issue, everything else exceeded my expectations. The location is phenomenal!!!! The West Loop is a very happening location. It’s safe, convenient, and close to everything you could imagine. There are countless shops and eateries nearby, and the United Center is only about seven minutes away. The property itself feels very private and secluded, making it a perfect place to relax. I missed out on breakfast this time, but that just gives me another reason to return. The views were amazing, and I honestly have nothing negative to say, which is very unusual for me. Trust me, don’t hesitate to stay here. I will definitely be back!
