The Aloft is exactly what I look for in a downtown hotel! The vibe is high-energy, modern, and very tech-friendly. We loved spending time at the W XYZ bar in the lobby—the cocktails were great and the live music set the perfect mood for the weekend. The room was sleek with a really comfortable platform bed and a great walk-in shower. 5 stars for the style and the fun, social atmosphere!

Zero issues! I arrived a little worried bec I read recent negative reviews but we had a great experience from the start. Arrived earlier than check in time & they were able to get us into a room. Friendly bar staff, plenty of food options in the lobby area. Vallet staff (Troy) was cool & hard working. Location close to everything. Great food options near by. Rooms are spacious, quiet- no dressers/drawers, but plenty of room to keep our suitcases out of the way. TV was easy to control. We went as a family with 2 young daughters. They enjoyed it too, had fun at the pool on the last day. Recommend and wouldn’t mind staying there again.

I stayed at Aloft as part of a class trip over 4 days the second week of May and we could not have asked for a better time. Everyone at the hotel was acomodating to everyone on our trip. The front desk, kitchen, bar, room service and all staff were kind and helpful, rooms were very clean, location is great. I would stay here again and have recommended it to anyone who asked how our trip was. Thank you so much to everyone at Aloft New Orleans!

My stay was awesome, I celebrated my 54 birthday on today, along with my wife who also celebrated being 3 year cancer free on today. The hotel is awesome, friendly, fun atmosphere. The staff, was awesome, Malayala at check in, she was very professional and made our check in a great experience. The young lady that worked the front desk, Kenyean!! She was so pleasant, she made our chill time in the lobby so joyous and fun, we were greeted with a smile each time we came in contact with her. KENYEAN IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DOES HER JOB WELL, SHE REALLY MADE OUR BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY STAY A GREAT ONE💙 OMG!!! AND THE FOOD AT THIS HOTEL! THE ALOFT, IS THE BEST!!! MY MAN TAHJ "TJ" IS THE BEST, we had the burgers, pizza, and lemon pepper wings and everything was DELICIOUS!!! Plus this young man TJ was so Polite and friendly and helpful. Truly was a blessing to encounter them all on our stay. I told them We definitely will be back because of the hospitality💙 Also, thanks to the general manager, tyrin for taking the time to greet us and even snap a group picture for us💯

I wasn’t overly impressed with my stay here. The staff is friendly and we were able to get what we needed out of the stay. The valet crew is amazing. Great view. The lighting in the room was 2/10. One lamp for the entire room, very difficult to see (and I have great eyes). The rooms are HOT!!! The shower head sprayed water in every direction but where needed and the water did not drain properly, leaving us standing in shallow water most of the shower. Location was great for getting anywhere in the city. 3/10 and probably wouldn’t stay again.
