Where to even begin. I booked a Queen room with Two Queen beds, I received a one Queen bed room, the room I did get was dirty, the towels were stiff, the bathroom had mold, and the mini shampoo/conditioners looked dirty. The floor was absolutely dirty, I doubt they have ever cleaned it, same with the desks. It was extremely expensive for a terrible hotel room. I have had nothing but a bad experience here. First my key card didn't work, and the elevators are slow so it took going up and down three times from the sixth floor to get the key card resolved because they accidentally gave me the "wrong rooms key card." Also I wouldnt trust keeping my car overnight with their "Valet service" that costs $57 per night!!!!! it was mistreated and looked as if it had been used without our knowledge because it had dents that were not there before. I also have brought up issues I have had to the front desk and she apologized but nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Horrible experience overall.

The staff was nice and accommodating. The room was clean. Everything worked. Extra bodywash, conditioner, shampoo, soap, towels, and bedding upon request. No complaints at all. I could unplug the HDMI cable from the Cox cable box receiver to connect my laptop to the HDTV. A coffee maker, microwave, and paper cups were included. Jacob, the manager, and Byron were chill to talk to. Really, the entire staff was nice, especially room service, but I didn't learn everybody's names. I'll add that I saw another review mentioning that the mattress was as hard as bricks, bit they were actually slightly too soft for me.

Located very close to the heart of it all. French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Canal Street, Riverfront are all within walking distance. Check in time is 5PM, but my room was ready at 4. Check out time is 12 noon. The rooms are smaller than average. There is a carpet that has seen better days and doesn't look clean. The washroom was clean but hardly any counter space. Overall everything looks outdated and in need of renovations. Perhaps that's why the cost is lower than other hotels nearby. Noise wise, average. Air conditioning and everything else works. There is a café next to the lobby which is nice and reasonably priced. The lobby area is comfortable, clean and inviting. Overall OK with the room being a bit disappointing.

Quite a surprise for a Best Western Priemer hotel. Taylor made getting a last minute room easy. Valet parking is $50.00 Dollars Extra, but the Valet service was good. But if you use a parking lot/garage it's higher and you have to walk to and from the hotel. Room was very nice and clean. Room 310 had a view of St. Charles avenue and the passing Street Cars. NO free breakfast comes with this hotel, but connected to the hotel is "Cafe on the Square". A Great Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner restaurant, with good service. We stayed one night and ate there twice. Really Good food for $10-20 a person. The cafe has bright Sunny Windows that overlook St.Charles Ave and Lafayette Square for wonderful people watching and street cars passing by. Its a little noisy at this location during the day with traffic, street cars and sirens every now and then. But at night very quiet in your room.

The female front desk worker overnight was amazing! She made the experience very welcoming and was knowledgeable regarding all the questions I had about valet parking and finding good spots for the parades. It was a good location as the main parades came right by the hotel and it is within 10-20 min walking distance to canal st and French quarter. The rooms were clean and house keeping cleaned my room while staying 3 nights. I would highly recommend next time.
